Aggressive expansions by several retailers serve as a positive catalyst Kami melihat beberapa katalis positif tahun ini karena beberapa retailer melakukan ekspansi agresif, walaupun kami memakai asumsi konservatif untuk jumlah gerai baru yang dibuka ACES dan LPPF. Local flashes SMGR: Semen Indonesia akan tambah pabrik. PT Semen Indonesia Tbk tengah melakukan studi kelayakan untuk rencana pembangunan dua pabrik semen barunya yaitu Semen Indonesia Aceh dan Semen Kupang Indonesia. Direktur Keuangan PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Darmawan Junaidi mengungkapkan, kedua pabrik tersebut akan memperkuat portofolio fasilitas produksi perusahaan di wilayah Sumatera dan timur Indonesia. (Bisnis Indonesia) MDLN: ModernCikande bangun 1.000 rumah. PT Modern Industrial Estat, anak perusahaan PT Modernland Realty Tbk menargetkan mampu membangun 1.000 rumah dengan harga terjangkau di kawasan industri ModernCikande sepanjang tahun ini. I Wayan Satia, Operational General Manager PT Modern Industrial Estat, mengatakan perusahaan akan terus membangun hunian dengan harga terjangkau untuk masyarakat di sekitar kawasan industri ModernCikande, Serang. (Bisnis Indonesia) LINK: Link Net ingin tambahan 120.000 homes passed. PT Link Net Tbk menargetkan tahun ini jaringan layanan terpasang di 1,95 juta-1,98 juta rumah yang terkoneksi alias homes passed. Untuk itu, mereka akan mencari tambahan koneksi jaringan sebanyak 120.000 hingga 150.000 homes passed lagi. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk memutuskan untuk memecah nilai nominal saham alias stock split. Artinya, dari nilai nominal saham semula Rp 250 menjadi Rp 25 per saham. Sekretaris Perusahaan BFI Finance Sudjono menjelaskan, awal perdagangan saham menggunakan nilai nominal baru Rp 25 per saham di pasar reguler dan negosiasi pada 5 Juni 2017. Sedangkan perdagangan terakhir Rp 250 dilaksanakan pada 2 Juni 2017. (Kontan) ISAT: Indosat tutup layanan Cipika. PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk menutup layanan Cipika.co.id per bulan depan. Penutupan platform e-commerce tersebut merupakan bagian dari strategi Indosat fokus pada pengembangan layanan telekomunikasi. Deva Rachman, Group Head Corporate Communication Indosat Ooredoo menyatakan Indosat menilai pertumbuhan layanan e-commerce Cipika tidak cukup cepat. (Bisnis Indonesia) ASJT: Asuransi Jasa Tania bidik premi tumbuh 31%. Sempat mengalami penurunan perolehan premi pada tahun lalu, PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk optimistis mampu mencapai pertumbuhan premi yang ditargetkan hingga 31% sepanjang 2017. Ade Zulfikar, Direktur PT Asuransi Jasa Tania mengatakan target perolehan premi pada tahun ini sebesar Rp339,5 miliar atau tumbh 31% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Pada 2016, perseroan membukukan pendapatan premi senilai Rp259 miliar atau susut 1% dari capaian tahun sebelumnya. (Bisnis Indonesia)

Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) – Tendency to rise IHSG akan coba naik mendekati center line pada uptrend channel. IHSG saat masih dalam pola uptrend jangka pendek relatif valid yang dimulai sejak 89 hari terakhir dengan r-squared = 0.9210 dan bergerak normal dalam rentang +/-1.76 std.deviasi dari centerline. Peluang IHSG bergerak di luar pergerakan normal sekitar 7.9% atau sekitar 7 bar chart. Rata-rata volatilitas normal pergerakan IHSG saat ini sebesar +/0.46% atau sekitar +/- 26.6 point. sebagaimana terlihat pada Figure 1.

Aliran dana masuk dan volatilitas harga naik mulai terlihat. Pada Figure 17, terlihat dari hasil optimalisasi, indikator MFI Optimized ,W%R Optimized dan RSI Optimized cenderung naik lebih lanjut dengan volume sekitar rata-rata. Dengan demikian diperkirakan potensi kenaikkan mulai terlihat. Perkiraan daily resistance terdekat ke 17,750. Daily support terdekat di 17,400. Cut loss level di 17,350.
