Instrukce pro autory přednášek a posterů Vážené dámy, vážení pánové, Sborník se skládá z tištěné formy seznamu přednášek a posterů s abstrakty a CD-ROMu obsahujícího celé texty přednášek/posterů. Níže najdete pokyny (vzhled, styl a formát) k článkům a prezentacím. Abstrakt/Přednáška - Všeobecné pokyny Abstrakt by měl být zaslán v angličtině. Prosím použijte textový editor MS Word, ve formátu A4, 20 mm okraje na všech stranách a řádkování 1.2. Požadovaná délka abstraktu je do 250 slov, délka článku by měla být maximálně 6 stran včetně obrázků. Prosím zasílejte nám abstrakt/článek formátovaný dle níže uvedené šablony s názvem - „Pokyny pro přípravu textu příspěvku jako tiskové předlohy pro CD sborník“ viz str. 2, 3. Prezentace - Všeobecné pokyny Prezentace by měla trvat cca 12 minut + diskuse 3 min. Prosím držte se uvedených instrukcí pro prezentace na str. 4 Poster - Rozměr posteru je 120cm (výška) x 80cm (šířka) max. Chtěli bychom Vás informovat, že na konferenci je možné se přihlásit a plné texty přednášek/posterů zaslat nejpozději do 15. srpna 2011. Program konference a další informace budou uveřejněny během srpna 2011 na webových stránkách konference. Vložné obsahuje organizační náklady spojené s pořádáním konference, náklady vydání sborníku, společné stravování. Ubytování si hradí účastníci sami. Přednáška/poster nebude publikována v konferenčním jednání bez uhrazení patřičných poplatků. Úhrada vložného musí být provedena nejpozději do 31. 8. 2011 V případě jakýchkoliv dotazů, prosím kontaktujte sekretariát.

Abstract Please use the Arial font with height of 11 points bold type for the paper name and 11 points for the name of author, 10 points italic for the place work of authors - please centre it. For text part use 10 points and spacing 1.2 and align the text in block. The recommended length of a paper is up to 6 pages of text, including pictures. Keywords: direction, memorial, volume

SECTION We recommend to split the text to numbered sections and subsections, for example 1.1, 1.2 etc. It is recommended to use 1.2 line spacing. However, when using more complicated mathematical formulas, it is necessary to extend slightly the space between lines so that the upper and lower index fonts are legible. The text should be typed in such a way to complete the given frame entirely. There are only two exceptions from this rule: (i) do not start to type the new chapter name on the last line, (ii) you may exceed the frame only by one line at the bottom, to complete a paragraph. Use the italic type to highlight some text. 1.1

Proceedings papers

Proceedings papers will be issued: •

on paper, abstracts according to the authors and breakdown by symposia

in electronic form on CD-ROM - full text papers including images.

Having regard to the electronic form of proceedings is possible to include color images and graphs as well. Please page on bottom in the middle and use the specific header and footer for writing paper. In the case of very larger file (tens of megabytes), please compress it. EQUATIONS Equation must start directly on the left-hand edge, and their implementation should be similar to the following example: Using a slash ( / ) in equations is not desirable, though it is possible to use  −Q  n  sinh (α σ p ) it on a text line. TABLES AND ILLUSTRATIONS It is recommended to place tables and illustrations into the text, on the page with the first notice or reference, if possible. In case of a table, leave two lines, type Table 1., the name of a table on a new line, then leave one more line and place a table. Požadavky na prezentaci Prezentace musí být přehledná a čitelná. Velikost písma pro nadpisy 40, pro základní text cca 30, minimálně 20. Obrázky, grafy či tabulky i s jejich popisem by měly být ostré a viditelné i z větší vzdálenosti.
