273/C2 Informace o přípravě konference CRIS 2012 Rada pro výzkum, vývoj a inovace (dále RVVI) na 266. zasedání dne 24. 6. 2011 svým usnesením přijala záštitu nad pořádáním konference CRIS2012, která bude probíhat ve dnech 6. - 9. června 2012 v konferenčních prostorách hotelu Anděl v Praze. Konference se koná pod názvem "e-Infrastructures for Research and Innovation: Linking information systems to improve scientific knowledge production". Je očekávána účast špičkových expertů v oblasti informačních systémů výzkumu a vývoje z celé Evropy i dalších zemí světa. Konferenci zahájí premiér České republiky a předseda RVVI. Zasedání vedení euroCRIS, delegace RVVI a slavnostní zahajovací recepce (Welcome Reception) se uskuteční v Lichtenštejnském paláci. Jednání výboru (Board) a setkání členů euroCRIS (Membership Meeting) se zástupci RVVI a jejich hostů proběhne v Zlatém sále. V prostorách Hnědého sálu a Atria se uskuteční Welcome Reception. Je očekáváno asi 140 účastníků. Ve spolupráci s tiskovým odborem Úřadu vlády bude vydána tisková zpráva o konání konference a budou osloveni novináři k akreditaci na uvedenou akci. Pro zabezpečení občerstvení (Coffee Break, Oběd, Welcome Reception) byly osloveny cateringové společnosti a dodavatelem služeb byla vybrána společnost Vyšehrad 2000. Organizační a programový výbor konference CRIS2012 schválil konečný program konference, viz Příloha. Dne 6. 6. 2012 v 16.00 - Membership Meeting - Lichtenštejnský palác: Obsahem jednání jsou individuální informace všech členů Boardu o aktivitách od posledního setkání v Lille. Za RVVI jsou očekávána tato vystoupení: -
Zástupce RVVI - Jan Marek - rozsah 5-10 minut (informace o Úřadu vlády, RVVI, složení, systém práce, náplň činnosti, význam informačního systému pro koncepční rozhodování a hodnocení).

Slavnostní zahájení konference - Petr Nečas - předseda vlády a předseda RVVI - rozsah cca. 10 minut (přivítaní účastníků konference v Praze, význam setkání a výměny zkušeností odborníků v VaV, podpora VaV ze strany vlády ČR).

Systém veřejné podpory VaV v České republice - Miroslava Kopicová - rozsah 30 minut (řízení veřejné podpory zákonem 130/2002 Sb., funkce RVVI, vývoj veřejné podpory, postavení výzkumných organizací, reforma VaV, mezinárodní spolupráce, úkoly do budoucnosti).
Dne 7. 6. 2012 - 12.00 - Invited talk Research e-Infrastructures in the Czech Republic with a European Perspective - Naděžda Witzanyová (MŠMT) - rozsah 30 minut (základní informace o připravovaných velkých infrastrukturách v ČR, jejich cíle, financování, udržitelnost).
Dne 8. června 2012 od 14.30 hod. - Czech/Slovak Workshop, který zabezpečuje Akademie věd ČR, která je rovněž členem euroCRIS. Na workshopu vystoupí 3 zástupci České republiky a 2 zástupci Slovenské republiky v rozsahu 10 -15 minut: 1.
