Indeks pada perdagangan kemarin melanjutkan penguatan, ditopang oleh sentimen pasar global yang positif seiring dengan berkurangnya ketegangan terhadap geopolitik. Investor masih melakukan aksi beli pada saham-saham unggulan seperti UNTR, GGRM, HMSP, BBNI. Sementara itu, saham-saham sektor perbankan yang relatif mixed-flat turut memberikan dukungan terhadap penguatan indeks. Indeks kemarin ditutup menguat +33.55 poin pada level 5835.04 dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp4.17 triliun.

Indeks Dow Jones dan Nasdaq ditutup mixed-flat sehingga pengaruhnya diperkirakan cenderung netral. Faktor data retail sales AS naik 0.6% pada bulan Juli atau lebih baik dari ekspektasi ekonom direspon mixed oleh pelaku pasar AS dimana sebagian merespon positif membaiknya ekonomi AS namun sebagian lain khawatir The Fed akan kembali menaikkan suku bunga pada akhir tahun ini. Market expectation terhadap kenaikan bunga pada Desember 2017 meningkat menjadi 54% dari sebelumnya 37%. Faktor indeks kawasan regional pagi ini cenderung melemah karena dibayang-bayangi oleh kekhawatiran menguatnya nilai tukar US$ menyusul data retail sales AS yang diatas ekspektasi, sehingga diperkirakan dapat memberikan sedikit sentimen negatif terhadap pasar. Aspek teknikal indeks, indeks BEI pada perdagangan hari ini berpotensi untuk mengalami koreksi yang disebabkan oleh aksi ambil untung setelah indeks sempat menguat tajam pada dua hari perdagangan sebelumnya. Range pergerakan indeks untuk hari ini diperkirakan akan berkisar di area 5800-5880.

Hal ini merupakan signal teknikal yang positif dimana pergerakan indikator harian RSI juga sudah terlihat keluar dari zona jenuh jualnya. Aksi beli dapat dilakukan dilevel Rp2,820 dengan target keuntungan dilevel Rp3,020.
Matahari Department Store (LPPF IJ) Technical buy with 6% potential return Resistance : Rp11,950 & Rp12,100 Support : Rp11,175 & Rp10,350 Pergerakan harga saham LPPF pada perdagangan hari kemarin membentuk pola gap up disertai dengan pembentukan candlestick bullish yang terlihat cukup signifikan. Selain itu, Trend pergerakan indikator harian RSI terlihat membaik dan kembali mendekati level tengahnya sehingga penguatan lanjutan diperkirakan akan terus berlanjut. Aksi beli dapat dilakukan dilevel Rp11,350 dengan target keuntungan dilevel Rp12,100. .

CORPORATE NEWS Hanson International (MYRX): Penjualan 1H17 turun 68% menjadi Rp271.98 miliar vs penjualan 1H16 sebesar Rp856.8 miliar. Laba bersih 1H17 turun 92.7% menjadi Rp23.3 miliar vs laba bersih 1H16 sebesar Rp318.9 miliar. (Investor Daily) Chandra Asri Petrochemical (TPIA): Perseroan akan melakukan penawaran umum terbatas II dengan HMETD (rights issue) senilai Rp5.03 triliun. Perseroan akan menawarkan sebanyak 279.74 saham baru dengan harga penawaran Rp18,000 per saham. Ketentuannya, setiap pemegang 47 saham lama berhak mendapatkan 4 HMETD untuk membeli 4 saham baru. Dana hasil rights issue akan digunakan untuk membiayai belanja modal. Rights issue ini juga dalam rangka untuk memenuhi peraturan minimun saham beredar sebesar 7.5% dimana pemegang saham perseroan yaitu BRPT, Marigold Resources dan Prajogo Pangestu tidak akan melaksanakan haknya.
