Mengusung tema “New Renovated”, acara berlangsung ceria dan hangat.
Store Tour Sungguh menarik, store tour kali ini dipandu langsung oleh Ibu Meshvara yang didampingi Store Manager Ranch Market Pondok Indah. Beliau pun menunjukan bagian toko yang diperbarui, yaitu penambahan gondola (rak panjang) baru yang tentu saja berisi aneka produk berkualitas. Tentu saja, semua ini dilakukan agar para pengunjung setia semakin nyaman berbelanja di Ranch Market Pondok Indah. Selain produk daging, buah dan sayur pun termasuk dalam list produk unggulan Ranch Maket. Mulai dari sistem penanamannya yang hidroponik sampai jenis dan namanya yang masih terdengar asing di telinga sebagian besar orang. Tapi, justru ini keunikannya.
“Kadang terlihat pelanggan yang wajahnya menunjukan mimik penasaran lalu mendekati display hamparan sayur atau buah. Seakan ia berkata ‘apa ini ya?’ di dalam hatinya. Bagi kami, pemandangan semacam ini menarik dan menyenangkan. Tak jarang ini menjadi penanda bahwa terdapat beberapa produk yang hanya bisa ditemukan di Ranch Market,” jelas Ibu Mesvhara saat para undangan melewati area buah dan sayur. Afternoon Tea Setelah puas menggali info pada kegiatan store tour, para tamu undangan kembali ke Lifestyle Studio untuk menikmati afternoon tea. Telah hadir di sana tea specialist Ratna Somantri. Seru sekali, sambil menikmati secangkir white tea atau jasmine tea, para tamu undangan berbincang santai seputar manfaat teh langsung bersama pakarnya. Sempat dibahas bahwa teh-teh terbaik yang sering kita nikmati itu berasal dari Indonesia. Bila cara mengonsumsinya tepat, teh itu bermanfaat karena kaya akan kandungan antioksidan dan katekin. Sebaiknya tidak perlu menambahkan gula saat minum teh. Tak hanya itu, lezatnya kudapan cantik ala Chef Aboed turut menemani kebersamaan siang itu. BERKREASI DENGAN KIWI Acara dihadiri oleh Manager Marketing dan Komunikasi Oscar Kiwifruit Perancis, Mr. Olivier Pouiles dan Ibu Meshvara Kanjaya selaku Deputy CEO PT Supra Boga Lestari. That morning Ranch Market was having “Opening Day of Kiwi Oscar” as a sign of the beginning of the harvesting season of kiwi Oscar from French.
CREATIVE WITH KIWI The event was attended by the Manager of Marketing and Communications Oscar Kiwifruti France, Mr. Olivier Pouiles and Mrs. Meshvara Kanjaya as the Deputy CEO of PT Supra Boga Lestari. After giving a brief opening speech, both of them warmly welcomed the customers by greeting customers passing by the vast crate of tempting Oscar kiwifruit. “Yes, it’s delicious”, one customer said after tasting a piece of fruit, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Kiwi fruit is best eaten immediately to maintain its deliciousness and freshness. But it can also be processed into fresh and mouthwatering dishes. Not surprisingly, the visitors and invited guests were impatiently waiting the cooking demo activities. After setting up the equipment and materials, Chef Widya proceeds directly to make Kiwi Parfaits followed by the second recipe, the equally pleasing Kiwi Meatloaf.
