Vanwege een veilige en compliant opslag van data, het mogelijke hergebruik van deze data, de eisen van regelgevende instanties zoals FDA en EMEA én het beschermen van ‘Intellectual Property’ gebruikt Genmab een SDMS (NuGenesis, Waters). • Training gebruikers essentieel. • Complexe systemen, business continuïteit erg belangrijk (beheer, sop’s (valideren)) • Afhankelijk van Vendor: Betrouwbare Vendors opzoeken (continuïteit in ondersteuning, proven technology) • Upgrades (hardware, software) zijn intensief • Integraties met andere systemen is zeer wenselijk maar vaak lastig
