Pabrikan ( Manufacture ) / Agen resmi dari Produk yang ditawarkan. Penyedia Barang/Jasa harus mendapat dukungan dari Pabrikan ( Manufacture )/Agen resmi yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pengadaan Jasa Peqormalan Samplinq Rack. Penyedia Barang memiliki pengalaman paling sedikit 1 (satu) kali menyediakan barang sejenis, dalam kurun waktu selama 2 (Dua) tahun terakhir, termasuk pengalaman Sub Kontrak dengan hasil baik. Pengalaman tersebut dibuktikan melalui
