3. REGULATIONS The organiser reserves the right to inform all competitors/drivers about supplements to the regulations and/or publish special instructions to ensure the correct running of the event by means of official bulletins. These bulletins have the same effect and authority as the Supplementary Regulation. The event is held under the following regulations to which all competitors and drivers are bound through the acceptance of their entry form: 1. The International Sporting Code of the FIA and its appendices. 2. 2011 FIA Central European Zone Trophy Regulations. 3. ASN Regulations. 4. The present regulations and official bulletins if needed. 5. Conditions made by the Hungarian authorities. The use of the circuit out of the official practice time is prohibited and leads to immediate exclusion from the event. Published on the official notice board after each practice/race session. Final printed results can be picked-up in the Race Office in info box after the protest time has expired. Prize giving ceremonies held on the podium after each race.

5. ENTRY Entries must be sent to the organizer by the closing time 24:00, 15th of August, 2011. 6. ENTRY FEE Entry fee is payable in cash during the administrative check. Entry fee is only refunded if the event is cancelled. The entry fee for each car is: FIA CE Zone Circuit Race 350 EURO / one race 600 EURO / two races FIA CE Zone Circuit Endurance 500 EURO

Those participants, who would like to take part in the Endurance race, should fill enclosed document: “entry form - endurance”. 7. DRIVERS´BRIEFING Drivers’ briefings is on 26th of August, 2011 at 13:30 in the Technical Tower Building 2nd floor. Attendance at the drivers’ briefing is obligatory. 8. PRACTICE There is a possibility of free paid practice on 25th of August, 2011 between 09:00 and 18:30, and 26th of August, 2011 between 08:00 and 13:25. The price of practice 25th of August, 2011 is 60 € / run. All together is 250 € 26th of August, 2011 is 70 € / run 9. STARTING GRID AND START The eligible cars will be lined up for the start according to the official times recorded during the qualifying practice. The starting grid will be posted on the official notice board. The sprint races starts are standing starts. The signal to start is the moment when the red lights are extinguished. The Endurance race start the rolling starts. 10. LENGTH OF RACE The length of each race takes 25 minutes + 1 lap (but minimum 11 laps). More information about the protocol will be published at the drivers briefing.

RACES

11. CODE OF DRIVING CONDUCT The flag signals given by the track marshals must be obeyed with special attention to the yellow flag. Any driver endangering a track marshal or rescue services due to reckless driving will immediately be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting who may impose an extra penalty. The speed limit in the pit lane is 60 km/h, any offence will be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting who may impose a penalty. 12.1. QUALIFICATIONS Qualification of the FIA CE Zone is 130% of the fastest lap time and 3 timed laps. Qualification of the HC is 130 % of the average of the 3 fastest drivers and 3 timed laps. Cup races: 130% of the fastest driver and 3 timed laps. 12.2. CLASSIFICATION Only laps, which have been completed under the cars, own engine power will be taken into account for the classification. In order to be classified, a car must have covered at least 90% of the distance run by the winner. The car placed first will be the one having covered the scheduled distance in the shortest time. All cars will be classified taking into account the number of complete laps they have covered and order in which they crossed the line. If a car takes more then twice the time of the winners’ fastest lap to cover its last lap this lap will not be taken into account when calculating the total distance covered by such car. When a race is run in more than one part, the winner is the one who completes the prescribed total distance in the least total time. 13. PARC FERMÉ The cars must remain in the Parc Fermé from the end of the race until released by the Stewards. During that time, no work may be carried out on the cars unless instructed by the scrutineers. 14. BOXES Only persons and cars holding a valid paddock pass will be admitted to the paddock. The price for 1 box is 110 €/day. The whole amount is payable to HB ASE. Keys will be handed over upon a deposit of 100 €, in case of defect in the box, the deposit will not be returned. Competitors must pay for the damage caused to the boxes of HB ASE in cash. 15. BOX AND PADDOCK AREA APPLICATION The application can be send it with the entry form. The organiser has its right to make the layout. Those teams have priority to apply for boxes, who owns race car(s) taking part at the Endurance race. The teams can enter the track from 24th of August, 2011 after 6 pm. On 22nd of August (Monday) trucks and trailers and transport vehicles can park in depo in place appointed by the owner of the circuit. 16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By his entry, the competitor declares that he: - accepts the requirement of regulations described in Art. 4. of this SR and that he will strictly abide by them. - recognizes the MNASZ as the only competent jurisdiction with the exception of the provisions of the FIA ISC. Responsibility: Participants (competitors, drivers, etc.) take part in the event at their own risk. They carry sole civil and criminal legal responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them or the vehicle they are using. Liability Renunciation Apart of the requirements of ISC, the participants (competitors, drivers, etc.) renounce all right of appeal against organiser, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other body.

RACES

Manner not foreseen by the ISC for any damage for which could be liable in consequence of all acts or commissions on the part of the organiser, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to, or arising out of their actions. Bulletins The organizer reserves the right to modify this SR and timetable of the event. 17. ADDITIONAL PRESCRIPTIONS 17.1. Passes Special passes for competitors, drivers and assistants will be issued at the administrative checks. These passes must be worn and be visible. 17.2. Insurance All drivers, including foreign drivers must have “Green Card” for their cars and personal insurance. The insurance must include third-party liability and personal accident insurance. 17.3. General All details not included herein will be decided in accordance with valid regulations of ISC and NSC. Each participant confirms with his signature on the application that he is aware of these regulations and orders and he is prepared to observe them without reservations. Equally he is prepared to follow the instructions of the members of the management committee, nominated officials and information published on the official information board. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or adjust the programme of the event. In the case of the difference in the translated versions of this Supplementary Regulations the Hungarian version will take precedence. 17.4. Protests Protest must be lodged in accordance with ISC and NSC. 17.5. Fuel During the racing weekend, the track have a station, at the main entrance can be used for refuelling. (99) For the Endurance race – a fuel area will be pointed, and the concrete place will be published at the drivers’ briefing. 17.6. Paddock parking Behind the boxes – only transport vehicles can park, with parking tickets – given at the administrative check. Only clean vehicles can stay in this parking area. The safety road must be always free. If anyone stops at this area, the Organiser has the right to move the car away. 17.7. Trailers Behind the boxes, parking is prohibited for trailers. They can park the special area.
