With direct access to the Danube
The project is being implemented in the “Ferencváros” district of Budapest, to the south of the Lágymányosi Bridge, on the peninsula bordered on two sides by the Danube and its Ráckeve tributary, and on the third side by the HÉV (suburban railway) line to Csepel. It is only a few minutes walk from the cultural centre of the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts.

A világ egyik legnevesebb építészirodája, a Foster + Partners tervei alapján megvalósuló fejlesztés legfôbb jellemzôi az építészeti minôség és a fenntarthatóság. Utóbbinak részei többek között az innovatív és környezetbarát anyaghasználat, a Duna vizének felhasználása az épületek hûtésére, a zöldtetô, az épületek optimális tájolása, a természetes szellôzés és a megújuló energiák használata. A fenntartható tervezés során alkalmazott technológiák legfontosabb céljai az egészségesebb környezet, az energiafelhasználás 40-50 %-os csökkenése és a költséghatékony mûködés. Green technologies, cost-effective solutions
The most notable attributes of the development, which is being built to the plans of the world-renowned Foster + Partners, are architectural quality and sustainability, achieved through among others the innovative and environmentally friendly use of materials, the use of river water for cooling the buildings, the green roofs, the optimal orientation of the buildings, the use of natural ventilation and of renewable energy. The most important purposes of the technologies incorporated as a part of the sustainable design are to create a healthy environment, achieve a 40-50% reduction in energy use and ensure cost-effective operation. The Duna Passage caters to the needs of discerning and environmentally aware buyers and tenants.
