Örömmel nyújtjuk át Önöknek a Szegedi Tudományegyetem fejlesz téseit és beruházásait bemutató kiadványunkat. Az itt összegyűjtött látványos eredmények az egyetemi feladatok ellátásának méltó körül ményeit hivatottak biztosítani a kutatás, az oktatás, a betegellátás és az egyetemi szolgáltatások terén. Büszkék vagyunk rá, hogy a fejlesz téseink lépést tartanak a világ kihívásaival, és hatékonyan szolgálják az egyetem és a régió polgárságát. A Szegedi Tudományegyetem infrastrukturális fejlesztéseinek össze foglalása egy sokarcú egyetem világát tárja az érdeklődők elé. A képeket nézegetve látszik, hogy az óvodafenntartástól a betegellá tás működtetéséig ezernyi kötelesség hárul a kutatóegyetemként és tudásközpontként is sikeres universitasra. Színes és mozgalmas életünkbe engedünk ezzel a képes albummal bepillantást bízva abban, hogy az elmúlt évek beruházásai révén Önök is megbizo nyosodnak arról, hogy a Szegedi Tudományegyetemen tudás és szándék találkozása nyomán érték terem.

It is with pleasure that we present this publication which gives insight into the investment projects of the University of Szeged. The overall aim of these developments listed in this brochure is to provide a modern environment for research and education activities, better health care and university facilities. We are especially proud of the fact that the developments being carried out at the university have always kept pace with technological advances and served the needs of the university citizens and the inhabitants of the region. An overview of the infrastructure developments taking place at the University of Szeged provides a glimpse into the multifaceted world of the institution. By looking at the pictures, it can be clearly seen that the institution, also functioning as a research university and knowledge centre, has a great number of responsibilities, including the maintenance of kindergartens or the operation of health care facilities. This colourful brochure was designed to introduce the major investments of the past years at the University of Szeged to demonstrate that where knowledge and challenge meet, values are created.
