IHSG ditutup berlanjut menguat +2% ke level 4,980 kemarin. Menguatnya IHSG ke level tertingginya sejak bulan Juni tahun lalu tersebut dipicu sentimen eforia tax amnesty, dimana pelaku pasar berharap Tax Amenesty akan terjadi pemulangan dana/asset (repatriasi asset) dari luar negeri. Dimana dana2 tersebut akan diinvestasikan ke surat berharga, dan beberapa asset laiinnya. Hal tersebut akan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan juga akan berdampak menurunkan suku bunga. Sementara, dari sisi inflasi bulan Juni, besok akan diumumkan oleh BPS. Economist Maybank Indonesia, Juniman, memperkirakan 2.0% inflasi bulan Juni ini mencapai +0.65% MoM dan 3.45% YoY. Juniman juga menurunkan target inflasi bulan tahun ini, dari 4.05% YoY menjadi 3.15% YoY. Sementara kemarin, TLKM menjual saham treasurynya sebanyak 864juta lembar dengan nilai IDR3.3t. Sentimen tersebut membuat aktivitas asing juga meningkat tajam, kemarin asing melakukan net buying IDR1.7t, vs. sehari sebelumnya net buying IDR691miliar. Dari mata uang Rupiah juga berlanjut menguat, ditutup di IDR13,157/USD vs. sehari sebelumnya di IDR13,188/USD.

Dari bursa Regional pagi ini dibuka rata-rata berlanjut positif, ditengah bursa Wall Street yang masih bergerak menguat, ditutup rata-rata +1.73% kemarin. Berlanjut menguatnya bursa regional, dan US dipicu meredanya kekhawitran dari Brexit, serta sepkulasi adanya upaya pemerintah dan Bank Central secara global akan melakukan upaya-upaya stimulus, dari sentimen Brexit. Seperti Korea Selatan yang akan melakukan kebijakan fiskal stimulus, demikian jepang yang akan meningkatkan likuiditas di pasar. Dari data makro ekonomi US, kemarin diumumkan data bervariaitif, seperti : 1) Data Personal Income bulan May yang tumbuh tipis +0.2% vs. bulan sebelumnya +0.4% Realisasi tersebut sedikit dibawah perkiraan consensus economist, tumbuh +0.3%. 2) Data Personal Spending bulan May, tumbuh +0.4%, in line dengan ekspektasi consensus, tumbuh +0.4%. 3) Data Pending home sales bulan May, yang melemah -3.7% MoM vs. bulan sebelumnya tumbuh 3.9% MoM, Realisasi tersebut lebih rendah/buruk dari estimasi consensus, turun -1.1% MoM. Dari komoditas minyak mentah di NYMEX berlanjut menguat +4.24% menjadi USD49.88 per barrel kemarin. Menguatnya minyak mentah masih dipicu oleh sentimen menguatnya bursa global. Disisi lain, kemarin departemen Energy US yang mengumumkan data cadangan minyak mentahnya berlanjut turun sebesar 4.05juta barrel ke menjadi 526,57juta barrel, merupakan penurunan yang ke 6 minggunya berturut-turut.

Ciputra Development (CTRA, HOLD): Menunggu berita baik • Berdasarkan riset report Indonesia, Aurelia Setiabudi. Mempertahankan rekomendasi HOLD dengan TP tetap di IDR1,400 per saham (mewakili 2.2x 2016 P/BV atau discount 54% dari RNAVnya). • Aurelia mempertahankan rekomendasinya HOLD, dipicu pertumbuhan laba CTRA yang diperkirakan flat hingga tahun 2018, seiring penjualan/marketing sales di tahun 2013-2015 yang flat. • Aurelia melihat sebagai proxy di sektor property, CTRA akan diuntungkan oleh kondisi makro ekonomi yang membaik, serta kebijakan Bank Indonesia yang lebih lunak. • Meski penjualan/marketing sales di 5M16 baru mencapai 29% dari FY16 target, namun manajemen mash Yakin bahwa target marketing sales sebesar IDR9.3t (tumbuh 1%) tahun ini dapat tercapai. • Aurelia melihat bahwa dengan adanya relaksasi LTV, yang akan efektif bulan Agustus, maka penjualan di Semester II akan lebih baik. • Terkait rencana merger, anak usaha CTRS dan CTRP, ke dalam CTRA. Aurelia melihat bahwa akan terjadi dilusi sebesar 10% terhadap pemegang saham CTRA. Meski demikian, upaya merger masih tergantung dari regulasi pajak yang baru untuk merger, yang mengecualikan industry property. Namun jika, maka CTRA tidak akan melanjutkan proses merger karena pajak yang dibayar cukup besar senilai IDR600miliar atau 23% dari EBIT tahun 2016.
Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM, BUY): Jual saham treasury dengan total nilai IDR3.3t. • Dikutip dari Investor Daily, – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM IJ) meraih dana sebesar IDR3.3t dari hasil penjualan saham simpanan (treasury stock) sebanyak 864 juta saham. • Transaksi itu terjadi pada harga IDR3,820/saham. • Menurut Vice President Investor Relation Telkom, Andi Setiawan, dana hasil penjualan saham treasury akan digunakan untuk mendukung belanja modal (capital expenditure) Perseroan. • Empat agen penjual atau broker telah memfasilitasi penjualan saham treasury tersebut yaitu Bahana Securities, Credit Suisse, Mandiri Sekuritas, dan Danareksa Sekuritas.
