[2010.01.05]: Sikeres év után, jelentős beruházás előtt (After a successful year and before a large-scale investment), Ingatlan és Befektetés 2010. January, page 32-33. During the interview György Karikás, CEO of ÉMI spoke about the importance of energy-conscious building and about energy-efficient materials and technologies. These are also the main research areas of ÉMI in preparation of ÉMI’s new building in Szentendre which will be an innovative knowledge center for the construction industry. Date: 05.01.2010

The article introduces the aims of CONCERTO projects and speaks about elements of PIME’S project in Szentendre (residential houses in Püspökmajor, ÉMI’s office building). ÉMI cooperates with municipality of Szentendre and tries to involve energy-conscious companies and Szent István University to the demonstration park. The new office building will be a “green house” with PVs, biogas usage and tilted windows to achieve an energyefficient performance. Date: 05.02.2010

Eco Communities for the Sustainable Future Clusters aim to spread the energy-saving, complex eco-building processes in Middle-Hungary region. For this planning method is a good example ÉMI’s new office building in the Szentendre Industrial Park. The concept was to nearly achieve the German passive house regulations and to plan a demonstration building in case of architecture and building services. Date: 14.05.2010
