A group of students from 7 grade of Barcsai Jenő Promary School (Szentendre) visited the new office building of ÉMI in the Szentendre Industrial Park. During the guided tour they met the energy-efficient solutions of the building and could take a look at its energy supply system on the posters about PIMES project in Szentendre.

On 7 May nearly 100 guests visited the conference in ÉMI Knowledge Center. The participants could have a closer look of the building’s innovative elements during the exhibition while knowing the importance of BIM planning during the conference.

ÉMI Knowledge Center of Construction is applying for the Architect Niveau Price 2014. The members of the jury were visiting the building and its facilities on 4 November to evaluate for the competition. Before the guided tour they saw the project film about the construction of the building and heard a short presentation about the background of the planning from Lajos Frey. Date: 04.11.2014

Between 3 and 9 November the public could visit several energy-efficient houses in Hungary and in further 9 EU countries. The main aim of the open house days was to give practical experiences about low-energy (nearly zero energy) buildings in order to help the visitors implement their own energy-efficient projects. On 6 November with a guided tour 15 participants visited ÉMI Knowledge Center’s innovative facilities and heard about the PIME’S project’s achievement in Szentendre.

In Károly Matolcsy’s presentation they could hear about innovative elements in ÉMI Knowledge Center and also could see the building’s facilities in operation.
