Driver as backup – monitoring necessary Distraction detection … because 80% of accidents caused by inattentive drivers1
Drowsiness detection … because 30% of drivers have experienced microsleep events2
Health monitoring … because 10% of fatal accidents caused by medical conditions3
Identification … because it enables the vehicle to adapt to the person driving
Adaptive assistance … because it enables the vehicle to react according to the driver‘s state
Driver monitoring will be a key element for automated driving functions · System has to be able to return control to the driver at any time 1 3

The Automated Car – Conclusion
The automated car will be highly connected Automated driving functions will irreversibly change vehicle architecture The development of automated driving functions calls for profound knowledge of all vehicle systems (e. g. sensors, actuation, E/E architecture, semiconductor technologies, and automotive cloud) Technical and legal challenges still need to be solved Bosch has all necessary key technologies available and is getting them ready for market entry

Az EPCOS Elektronikai Alkatrész Kft. •
A Társaság legfontosabb tevékenységi köre az elektronikai alkatrészgyártás.
•
Társaságunk, a 100%-os külföldi tulajdonban lévő EPCOS Elektronikai Alkatrész Kft. 1994. július 04-én alakult.
•
Korábbi elnevezése Remix Vállalat (1989) ill. Recotech Elektronikai Szolgáltató Kft. volt (1994, S+M-el 1996-ig)
•
A Társaság megalakulása idején kizárólagos üzleti partnerünk a Siemens Matsushita GmbH (Németország, Heidenheim) volt (1999) és fő termékei passzív elektronikai alkatrészek voltak (kondenzátorok, fojtótekercsek, szűrők, induktivitások).
•

Fejlesztésünk elhelyezkedése a szervezetben •
Termékeink saját fejlesztése 9-10 éves múltra tekint vissza Szombathelyen.
•
•
Ehhez kapcsolódóan, második lépésben – a gyártások kiemelkedő hatékonyságát látva – fogalmazódott meg az igény, hogy a németországi fejlesztési központ mellett, Magyarországon is kiépítésre kerüljön a termékek innovatív fejlesztéséért felelős szervezet.

Hogyan működik az induktivitás?
Deloitte Autóipari Konferencia
©EPCOS AG 2014 A TDK Group Company SZ MAG PD IN/T 09/14 16
Miért kell induktivitás az autóba? •
A különféle elektronikai modulok eltérő feszültség szinteket igényelnek
•
Ez úgynevezett feszültség átalakítók alkalmazását igényli
•
A modern feszültség átalakítók ún. kapcsoló üzeműek
•

A mágneses mag (ferrit) fizikai tulajdonságaiból eredően rideg, vagyis érzékeny a dinamikus igénybevételekre Miniatűr alkatrészről van szó (6mm), ami nehezíti a prototípus építést

•
a fejlesztésre szánt idő lecsökkenthető
•
jól vizualizálható, bemutatható az elkészült koncepció
•
integrálható a vevői applikációhoz

Miért kell számítógépes szimuláció? Esettanulmány Az egyszabadságfokú csillapított mechanikai lengőrendszer esetén viszonylag egyszerűen modellezhetőek az igénybevételek, de a valóság (a vizsgált alkatrész) viszont ennél sokkal bonyolultabb, így csak FEM módszerrel számítható.
≠ Euler-Lagrange equation (mozgásegyenlet):
A végeselem-szimuláció alapján világossá vált, hogy a ferritmagra nagyon magas igénybevételek hatnak a rázási igénybevételeknek köszönhetően. Deloitte Autóipari Konferencia

Electric vehicle history facts
§ § § §
The first electric vehicles were invented in the mid-19th century At the turn of the century, electric vehicles held approximately 38% of US market share Sales of electric vehicles hit their early peak in 1912 The electric vehicles downfall was due to the rise of gas stations and the construction of actual roads, which allowed vehicles to travel more than a few miles per day.

Paris / Smog Los Angeles Times – March 17th, 2014 §
PARIS -- With the City of Light buried under a thick blanket of smog for a week now, authorities in the French capital took drastic steps Monday to cut the number of cars on the road and to encourage commuters to find more environmentally friendly ways of getting to work.
§
Only cars with license plates ending in an odd number were allowed on to Paris streets during the day. Drivers with plates ending in an even number were ordered to leave their vehicles at home and use public transport, which officials have made free of charge since Friday to try to reduce pollution -- at a cost of $5.6 million a day.

EV’s in 3 years cheaper than combustion cars ? Volkswagen prediction
© ABB Group 12 October, 2014 | Slide 9
§
"We expect that the cost per kilowatt of capacity of lithium-ion batteries will soon drop to a size of approximately 100 Euro. This limit will be in reached in 2015 or at the latest shortly afterwards “ said Rudolf Krebs, chief of the department in Volkswagen which produces electric cars.
§
The prediction of Mr. Krebs is more optimistic than previous estimates of the automotive industry. According to other groups it takes at least five years longer before the battery limit of € 100 per kilowatt will be achieved.
