I have 14 years experience working as a consultant in the field of design, implementation and evaluation (including budgeting, institution building, organisational and social development) of rural and agr-environmental policies and social policies. I have worked for government, national and international NGOs (WWF, RSPB), multilaterals (UNDP, EU Commission), and commercial consultancies (PWC, IEEP, METIS, AEIDL, etc.) in ex-ante, mid-term and ex-post evaluation of EU policies, and in projects aimed at the development of indicators for socioeconomic effects.

I have 15 years experience in rural and social research, concerning agricultural and development policies, planning, implementation and evaluation, all over Europe, with special regard to, Spain, England, Ireland, Finland, Hungary and some other CEE countries. My academic focus throughout this period has been understanding and enabling better governance during programming and implementation of rural policies in transitional economies.

I have more than 10 years of experience working with the EU LEADER Programme. I conducted participatory and action research in Hungary, Spain, Scandinavia and Ireland. I have been a trainer and mentor for a number of Hungarian LEADER action groups, and I am currently member of a Hungarian LAG. I participated in ex-ante, mind-term and ex-post evaluations of Hungarian rural development programmes.

I have 10 years experience working as a mentor for local development groups, providing training, community development, facilitation.

I worked with ethnic minorities (Roma) and other socially excluded groups in order to achieve social inclusion, community building and capacity building in the framework of the UNDP-ICSSZEM Cserehát Programme.

I am an experienced trainer and workshop leader. I have designed and delivered individual sessions and full programmes.

I have experience in designing local development programmes, social animation and reconfiguration of local values.
