ABSTRAK Pembangunan Kompleks Bumi Mekar Sari adalah proyek pembangunan yang membutuhkan sistem informasi yang baik agar proses operasional pembangunan perumahan dapat berjalan sesuai harapan. Sistem informasi perencanaan dan pengawasan sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu unit-unit pembangunan yang membutuhkan data informasi tentang hal-hal yang dibutuhkan unit tersebut. Sistem informasi ini dirancang untuk bisa memenuhi kebutuhan proyek pembangunan dari segi pengadaan barang hingga sumber daya manusia. Notifikasi progress pembangunan perumahan yang diberikan kepada pemilik rumah pun ada di dalamnya untuk menunjang komunikasi antara pihak pengembang dan konsumen. Di dalam sistem informasi ini, diharapkan pengguna mampu mengolah semua pembukuan operasional dilapakan. Sistem informasi ini mengelola pendataan alat berat, pendataan buruh, pendataan material, serta detil dari suatu bangunan. ABSTRACT Kompleks Bumi Mekar is a development project that requires good information systems that residential development of operational processes to run as expected. Information systems planning and monitoring are needed to assist the development of units of information that need data about things that it takes the unit. This information system is designed to meet the needs of development projects in terms of procurement to human resources. Housing construction progress notification is given to the owner of the house was nothing in it to support communication between the developers and consumers. In the information system, the users are expected to be able to process all operational accounting dilapakan. The information system manages data collection heavy equipment, labor data collection, data collection materials, as well as details of a building.
