In Information Technology sector especially in Information System sector increasingly used in operational activity at the company for more efficient and effective. Therefore, operating system utilization will be used for all of the operational activities in Cineplex 21 Group for ordering cycle system and purchasing tickets online. With the information system, all company ordering cycle system and purchasing tickets online activities which are done manually will be changed to computer system which is expected to improve the company efficiency and effectiveness. The information system implementation is done with mobile phone application base.

ABSTRAK
Seiring perkembangan jaman, Bidang Teknologi informasi khususnya bidang sistem informasi semakin banyak dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan operasional di perusahaan agar lebih efisien dan efektif. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan sistem operasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk kegiatan operasional di Cineplex 21 Group dalam sistem siklus pemesanan dan pembelian tiket secara online. Dengan sistem informasi tersebut, siklus pemesanan dan penjualan tiket secara online yang tadinya dilakukan secara manual akan diubah ke dalam sistem komputer yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas perusahaan. Pengimplementasian sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan aplikasi telepon genggam.
