Important Race Information: 1. All runners should arrive at least 1 hour before the race starts. This will give you plenty of time to deposit your baggage and prepare for your race! 2. The first runner (Runner #1) of each team must collect the Relay Token before entering the Start Pen. Participants without the relay token will not be allowed to take part in the relay. 3. Runners must report to the Start Pen / Transition Zone on time. Participants who missed their timing will be disqualified from the race. 4. All runners must wear your race bib visibly at all times. Runners without a race bib will not be allowed entry into the Start Pen / Transition Zone. 5. There is no race more important than your health. Should you feel unwell at any juncture, please stop racing and approach a race marshal on-site. 6. Each team is required to complete a total distance of 42KM for the Full Marathon Category and 21KM for the Half Marathon category. Each Half Marathon runner will complete 1 loop of 5.25KM, while each Full Marathon runner will need to complete 2 loops.

Informasi Penting Perlombaan: 1. Semua peserta lari diharuskan berada di lokasi paling lambat 1 jam sebelum race di mulai. Hal ini akan memudahkan peserta lari untuk menitipkan tas dan bersiap-siap untuk lomba! 2. Pelari pertama dari setiap tim diharuskan mengambil Token Relay sebelum memasuki area Start. Peserta lari tanpa Token relay tidak akan di ijinkan untuk ikut serta dalam relay. 3. Para pelari diharuskan hadir di Start Pen / Transition Zone tepat waktu. Peserta lari yang terlambat hadir pada area tersebut akan di diskualifikasi dari perlombaan. 4. Semua peserta lari diwajibkan untuk mengenakan bib di tempat yang dapat terlihat selama perlombaan. Peserta lari yang tidak mengenakan bib tidak akan di ijinkan untuk memasuki area Start Pen / Transition Zone. 5. Tidak ada perlombaan yang lebih penting dari kesehatan kalian. Apabila kalian merasa tidak sehat di saat perlom baan, dimohon untuk berhenti dan meminta bantuan marshal yang berada di lapangan. 6. Setiap tim diwajibkan untuk menyelesaikan lomba dengan total jarak 42KM untuk kategori Full Marathon dan 21KM untuk kategori Half Marathon. Transition Zone Details The first runner of each team must arrive at least 30 minutes earlier than the flag off timing to collect the Relay Token before entering the Start Pen. The first runner of each team will report to the Start Pen, while the remaining three members will report to the Transition Zone.
Important Reminders: •
The first runner designated in each team must start at the actual flag off time, any participant who does not start within 30 minutes from the actual flag off time will be disqualified and, for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.

All runners must carry the Relay Token during their turn. absence of the relay token will result in disqualification.

Race Entitlements Race Bib All runners will receive a race bib in the race entry pack. During the entire race, the race bib must be worn visibly in the front of your race singlet (chest level or lower) with the safety pins provided. • Display your race bib clearly on the front of your ASICS Race Tee at all times during the relay • Ensure that all personal and emergency contact details on the reverse side of the bib are correct. • Do not alter, modify, fold or crumple the bib. • Please ensure that the bib is attached properly. • Please ensure that you run across the timing mats at the start point and all checkpoints. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Race Tee Every runner will receive an exclusive ASICS Relay Jakarta Race Tee. Wear it with pride!

Medal
The 4th and finishing runner who crosses the finish line within the stipulated cut-off timings of your race category will receive on behalf of the team 4 pieces of the ASICS Relay Jakarta glow-in-the-dark medal that is unique to your medal race category. All finishers who complete the race within the cut-off timing of 6 hours can collect your Medals. Medals can only be collected on event day. There will be no mailing of entitlements after race day so do remember to pick it up and don it with pride!

Relay Token The first runner of the team starts the race, bearing the relay token. At the changeover point, the second runner of the same team will receive the relay token from the first runner; this relay will continue until the fourth (last) runner of the team finishes the race.

Race Entitlements Bib Lomba semua Peserta Lari Akan Menerima Bib Lomba Saat Race Pack Collection. Selama Perlombaan Berlangsung, Bib Lomba Harus Di Kenakan Terlihat Di Depan Pakaian Lari Yang Kalian Kenakan (Di Sekitar Dada Atau Lebih Rendah) Dengan Menggunakan Peniti Yang Disediakan. • Tampilkan bib dengan jelas di bagian depan kaos lomba ASICS selama Relay berlangsung • Pastikan bahwa semua detail pribadi dan kontak darurat di bagian belakang bib telah benar. • Jangan mengubah, memodifikasi, melipat atau melecakkan bib. • Mohon pastikan bib terpasang dengan benar. • Pastikan Anda berlari melintasi karpet timing di titik awal dan semuacek poin. Medal
Pelari ke 4 dan pelari terakhir yang melintasi garis finish dalam waktu yang ditentukan sebelum cut-off time akan menerima 4 buah medali ASICS Relay medal relay token Jakarta glow-in-the-dark yang unik sesuai kategori lomba lari. Semua finisher yang menyelesaikan lomba dalam waktu yang ditentukan sebelum cut-off timing 6 jam dapat menerima medali lomba. Medali lomba hanya akan diberikan pada hari lomba. Tidak akan ada pengiriman medali setelah hari lomba, jadi ingatlah untuk mengambil medal dan mengenakannya dengan bangga!
Relay Token Pelari pertama tim memulai lomba, dengan membawa token relay. Padasaat transisi, pelari kedua tim yang sama akan menerima token relay dari pelari pertama; Relay ini akan berlanjut sampai pelari keempat (terakhir) tim menyelesaikan lomba.

Baggage Deposit / Medical & Safety Baggage Deposit There will be baggage deposit services available at the race village from 5pm onwards. Participants are advised to carry minimal essentials for the race. All baggage is to be collected by 1.30 AM on 20 August 2017. The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited. The Organiser also reserves the right to check any items or baggage deposited.
Medical & Safety The Organiser has taken all necessary precaution to ensure the safety of all participants and will not be responsible for any injury sustained, loss of or damage to personal property during the race. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participants deemed physical incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to race day. Participants should do some self-assessment by filling up the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) on the next page prior to the race. For the safety of all participants, runners are advised to run on the designated route throughout the entire race.

Penyelenggara Tidak Bertanggung Jawab Atas Kehilangan Atau Kerusakan, Barang Pribadi Atau Hal Lain, Barang-barang Dan Barang Yang Disimpan. Penyelenggara Juga Berhak Memeriksa Barang Atau Tas Yang Dititipkan.
Medis & Keselamatan Penyelenggara telah melakukan semua tindakan pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk menjamin keamanan semua peserta dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas cidera yang diderita, kehilangan atau kerusakan pada properti pribadi selama perlombaan. Penyelenggara berhak untuk membatalkan peserta yang dianggap tidak mampu melanjutkan perjalanannya secara fisik untuk mencegah peserta menyebabkan kerugian dan cedera yang lebih besar pada dirinya sendiri. Peserta sangat dianjurkan untuk mengikuti pemeriksaan kesehatan dan / atau berkonsultasi dengan petugas medis sebelum hari perlombaan. Peserta harus melakukan beberapa penilaian sendiri dengan mengisi Lembar Survey Kesiapan Kegiatan Fisik (PAR-Q) pada halaman berikut sebelum lomba berlangsung. Demi keselamatan semua peserta, pelari disarankan untuk berlarii pada rute yang disediakan selama perlombaan.

Race Certificates With Net Timing All Runners Who Have Completed And Received A Finishing Time At Asics Relay Jakarta 2017 Will Be Entitled To Receive A Personalised Race Certificate With Their Net Time About One Month After The Official Results Have Been Released. How Do I Use My Timing Tag? The Timing Tag Is A Disposable One-time Race Timing Tag Which Is Attached To The Back Of Your Race Bib.
What Do I Do With The Timing Tag After The Run? You Do Not Need To Return The Timing Tag And Can Dispose It After Completing The Race.
What Happens If The Timing Tag Gets Wet? The Timing Tag Is Completely Weatherproof And Will Work Regardless Of Rain, Heat, Storms, Humidity Or Other Inclement Conditions.
How Do I Make Sure That My Timing Tag Works? Each Timing Tag Is Checked And Verified For Functionality Before It Is Distributed To Each Participant. The Timing Tag Is Always “On Standby” And Will Not Need To Be Activated. It Will Be Effective When Placed Within 1metre Of The Timing Mats Located At The Start, Finish & Split Points On The Race Course.
What Shoud I Not Do With The Timing Tag? Do Not Bend, Perforate Or Remove The Timing Tag From The Race Bib. Any Unauthorised Alternations And Amendments To Your Race Bib And/or The Timing Chip Will Result In Disqualification.
What Is A Timing Chip Time And How Is It Different From Gun Time? Chip Time Is Recorded By The Electronic Timing Tag That Is Attached To The Back Of Your Race Bib. Your Timing Tag Records The Time At Which You Cross The 2 Layers Of Timing Mats At The Start Line, Finish Line And At The Several Split Points In Between. Chip Time Is Often Shorter Than Gun Time Because It Begins Only When A Runner Crosses The Start Line, While Gun Time Begins Once The Start Gun Is Fired; Many Runners Don’t Cross The Start Line Until Several Minutes After Their Official Gun Time Has Begun.

Chip Time Is The Most Accurate Form Of Run Timing Available Because It Measures The Exact Time Between A Runner Crossing The Start Line And Finish Line. Chip Time Also Records Several Important Splits, Providing An Accurate Record Of Each Runner’s Progress And Pace.
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is designed to help you assess your level of readiness for physical activity. It’s a simple test that only requires a few minutes of your time to complete. If you are planning to become more physically active than you are now, start by answering the seven questions in the box below. If your age range falls between 15 to 69 years, the PAR-Q will be an indication if you should check with your doctor before you start. If you are over 69 years of age and are not used to being very active, please check with your doctor before proceeding. ARE YOU SPORTS SAFE? (at the side of every qn include a yes/no check box) Common sense is your best guide when answering these questions. Please read them carefully and answer each one honestly 1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only do physical activity recom mended by a doctor? 2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity? 3. In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity? 4. Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness? 5. Do you have a bone or joint problem (for example, back, knee or hip) that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity? 6. Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (for example, water pills) for your blood pressure or heart condition? 7. Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity? If you answered YES to one or more questions, talk to your doctor before you start becoming more physically active or before a fitness appraisal. Tell your doctor about the PAR-Q and the questions you answered “Yes” to. If you answered NO honestly to all PAR-Q questions, you can be reasonably sure that you can start becoming more physically active- begin slowly and build up gradually. This is the safest and easiest way to go
