How Bita Reservation handles credit card details? Our 'standard' system works as follows: •

When confirming a reservation, guests enter credit card details onto our Bita Reservation secure server.

After confirmation, an email is auto-sent to your property inviting you to retrieve and print credit card details from our secure server, using your password-protected link.

You then have the choice of: •

either (a) holding credit card details on file for use in the event of cancellation/no show;

•

or (b) clearing a credit card deposit 'manually' through your merchant account provider;

You can state your booking conditions clearly in your Cancellation Policy which guests view while confirming reservations on Bita Reservation.
