1. Basis beschrijving Functies De RUKRA Lifttelefoon (vanaf nu lifttelefoon genoemd) is ontworpen om een handsfree alarmoproep vanaf de lift naar de liftservicedienst of een officieel callcenter te maken. De lifttelefoon heeft voor de werking geen extra voedingsbronnen nodig, het systeem maakt gebruik van de spanning die de telefoonlijn hem geeft. Hierdoor is het energieverbruik minimaal en is er geen kans op storing door lege of verouderde accu’s. De lifttelefoon functioneert op telefoonlijnen afkomstig vanuit de meeste telefoon-centrales en GSM of VOIP/PSTN interface modules. Dit is voor vele andere merken vaak het grootste probleem. Het is mogelijk om op 1 telefoonlijn tot 5 lifttelefoons parallel aan te sluiten. De lifttelefoon is volledig onafhankelijk van de lift of noodvoeding. De groene en gele signalering LED’s worden ook gevoed door de telefoonlijn. De signalering kan ook worden uitgebreid met bestaande extern gevoede signalering LED’s. De lifttelefoon is Plug&Play uit te breiden met een monitoringsmodule. De monitoringsmodule wordt extern gevoed met 12/24V en is galvanisch gescheiden van de telefoonlijn met inbegrip van in-en uitgangen op de monitoringsmodule. De lifttelefoon heeft instelbare parameters die worden opgeslagen in het interne geheugen. De parameters kunnen worden geprogrammeerd via een telefoon met de dtmf tonen of met de computer en de configuratie software. Na het indrukken van de alarmknop zal de lifttelefoon tot 6 alarmnummers met max. 16 cijfers bellen. Het is ook mogelijk om "*", "#", Pauze en Flash te kiezen. De alarmknop in de liftkooi kan worden geblokkeerd door het alarmfilter. Alle of bepaalde alarmnummers kunnen gebeld worden met of zonder alarm oproepbevestiging, hetzij automatisch of door het callcenter gegeven De achterbouw versie is achter vrijwel ieder bestaand kooipaneel te monteren en anders kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van de Plug&Play mini achterbouw module. De lifttelefoon kan tot 6 alarmnummers, 1 storingsnummer, 1 technische melding en 1 periodieke test telefoonnummer bellen, indien een alarmnummer niet opgenomen wordt of de lijn is bezet zal er automatisch het volgende alarmnummer gebeld worden en de belcyclus wordt tot maximaal 5 x herhaald. De lifttelefoon voert 1 keer per in te stellen tijd (1 tot 9 dagen) een automatische periodieke zelf en lijntest uit en belt dit door aan het RUKRA callcenter. De lifttelefoon heeft standaard 2 microfoons, 2 paar indicatieled’s, 2 uitgangen om bestaande led’s te activeren, alarmfilter, 1 ingang voor de alarmdrukknop in de lift, 1 ingang voor de alarmknop op/onder kooi en 2 modulaire aansluitingen voor de Plug&Play alarmdrukknoppen op/onder de lift met luidspreker en microfoon en een extra kooimodule. De lifttelefoon kan zowel op afstand via een telefoontoestel als lokaal via een pc of machinekamerintercom geprogrammeerd worden. Alle instellingen worden opgeslagen in het geheugen van de lifttelefoon zodat de instellingen altijd bewaard blijven.

Uitvoeringen RK-2000 RUKRA lifttelefoon EN 81-28 PSTN achterbouw inclusief indicatieled's Veiligheidsvoorschriften voor de montage • Houdt u tijdens de montage aan alle veiligheidsvoorschriften die zijn voorgeschreven voor veilig werken in en aan liftinstallaties. • Schakel altijd de 230V spanning uit en vergrendel de hoofdschakelaar voordat u werkzaamheden uitvoert aan de 230V. • Plaats de lifttelefoon niet in de directe nabijheid van frequentieregelingen. • Plaats de lifttelefoon niet in een omgeving met voortdurend zonlicht. • Monteer de lifttelefoon zodanig dat de bedrading geen aanleiding geeft voor struikelpartijen. • Contacten of printen nooit met puntige en metalen voorwerpen aanraken. • Reparaties mogen alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel van RUKRA B.V. worden uitgevoerd. • RUKRA B.V. is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die is ontstaan doordat de apparatuur niet overeenkomstig de garantievoorwaarden of voorschriften is gemonteerd en/of gebruikt. Montage-instructies De lifttelefoon is speciaal ontworpen voor gebruik in liftinstallaties. Alvorens u start met de montagewerkzaamheden moet u de lift veilig stellen voor uzelf en de liftgebruikers. Om een optimale prestatie van het systeem te waarborgen dienen er vooraf aan de montage een aantal dingen gecontroleerd worden, namelijk: • Is er een actieve telefoonlijn op het kooidak of een goed gsm signaal in de gehele liftschacht. NOTE!! Specificaties tellijn: Spanning telefoonlijn tussen de 18 en 55VDC met een continue kiestoon. Monteer de lifttelefoon achter het kooipaneel en zorg ervoor dat de luidspreker en microfoon elkaar niet kunnen beïnvloeden. Probeer in alle gevallen de groene en gele led’s zichtbaar te houden.

Beschrijving van de verschillende modules Beschrijving basismodule De lifttelefoon bestaat uit een zeer compacte basismodule met een dubbel uitgevoerde microfoon en dubbel uitgevoerde signalering leds en een connector voor de configuratie via de pc. In figuur 1 en 2 zijn foto’s van de basismodule en de aansluitingen. Functies van de aansluitingen worden verder in de handleiding behandeld

De basismodule is uitgevoerd met 2 microfoons en 2 paar signalering leds. Er zijn een extra schroefaansluiting voor een separate microfoon en luidspreker en 2 stuks modulaire Plug&Play connectoren voor de alarmdrukknoppen op en onder de kooi met luidspreker en microfoon en voor een extra uitbreiding met een mini spreekmodule achter het kooipaneel of voor het opbouw kooipaneel.

Dit is een handige functie als u de pincode niet (meer) weet. De module is al voorzien van een microfoon en 2 signaleringsleds. De alarmdrukknop en de luidspreker kunnen op de schroefaansluiting aangesloten worden. De lift monitoringsmodule wordt Plug&Play aangesloten op de basismodule op de programmering-connector. Op de monitoringsmodule bevindt zich ook een programmering-connector welke dan gebruikt kan worden voor de programmering van de basis en monitoringsmodule. De lift-monitoringsmodule wordt gevoed door een externe spanning van 12 of 24 volt. De ingangen en uitgangen zijn galvanisch verbonden met de externe 12/24 voeding behalve de contacten van output 3 zijn galvanisch geïsoleerd.

Aansluitingen Basis module Connector telefoonlijn
De connector voor de telefoonlijn LINE heeft 2 aansluitingen voor de telefoonlijn en 1 aansluiting INT voor de machinekamer intercom. Aansluiten alarmdrukknoppen
Als de telefoonlijn is aangeslotenhoeft u alleen nog maar de alarmdrukknop aan te sluiten. De alarmdrukknop in de liftkooi wordt aangesloten op connector BTN2 De lengte van de bedrading mag niet langer zijn dan 10meter en er kunnen meerdere alarmknoppen aangesloten worden. Let hierbij wel op dat u NO alarmknoppen parallel en NC alarmdrukknoppen in serie aansluit. De alarmdrukknoppen op/onder de liftkooi kunnen worden aangesloten via de RJ12 connector of op schroefconnector BTN1 Let op: Alarmdrukknop aangeloten op BTN2 reageert op de status van het alarmfilter. Product handleiding RUKRA Lifttelefoon Artikelnr.: RK-2000 Aansluiten mini achterbouw kooimodule & opbouw kooimodule en alarmdrukknoppen op/onder liftkooi De mini achterbouw kooimodule & opbouw kooimodule wordt aangesloten met een standaard RJ45 UTP getwiste kabel met aangegoten connectoren die ook gebruikt wordt als internetkabel (geen crosskabel) De lengte van de getwiste kabel mag maximaal 50 meter zijn. Indien de kabel niet getwist is mag hij maximaal 10 meter lang zijn. De aangesloten alarmdrukknop reageert op de status van het alarmfilter Let op: de jumpers op de basismodule bestemd voor de aansturing van de led’s en microfoon moeten goed geselecteerd zijn anders werken de led’s en/of microfoon op de mini achterbouw kooimodule of opbouw kooimodule niet.
De alarmdrukknoppen op en onder de liftkooi worden aangesloten met de bijgeleverde kabel met aangegoten RJ12 connectoren. De alarmdrukknoppen zijn voorzien van een luidspreker en microfoon. Product handleiding RUKRA Lifttelefoon Artikelnr.: RK-2000 Aansluiten externe gevoede signaleringsleds De lifttelefoon is uitgerust met gele en groene led indicatoren waarvan 2 paar led’s en 2 potentialevrije uitgangen op de basismodule en 1 paar led’s op de mini achterbouwmodule. Op de 2 potentiaalvrije uitgangen op de basismodule kunnen bijvoorbeeld led’s aangesloten worden die al in het kooipaneel gemonteerd zijn. De led’s worden dan door een externe voeding worden gevoed en via de uitgangen op de basismodule aangestuurd. De contacten kunnen maximaal 0,5A / 48V (MAX 5W) schakelen. Zie onderstaand aansluitschema:

Bovenstaand schema voor de microfoons is voor de microfoons op de basismodule. Als de jumper niet is geplaatst dan is de microfoon op de mini achterbouw module en de extra microfoonuitgang actief . De microfoons in de alarmknoppen op en onder de liftkooi zijn altijd actief!

Aansluitingen MINI achterbouwmodule De mini achterbouwmodule wordt Plug&Play aangesloten met een standaard getwiste CAT5 UTP kabel. De module is voorzien schroefconnectoren voor het aansluiten van de alarmdrukknop en de luidspreker. DE module is voorzien van een microfoon en 2 signleringsled’s De aansluiting van de alarmdrukknop is bedoeld om de alarmdrukknop in de liftkooi op aan te sluiten en reageerd op de status van het alarmfilter. Gebruik hiervoor alleen een potentiaalvrije drukknop!! Zie onderstaand aansluitschema:

Aansluiten Liftmonitoringsmodule De liftmonitoringsmodule heeft ingangen en uitgangen die galvanisch aangesloten zijn op de 12/24V voedingsspanning (zie blauwe aansluiting in onderstaand aansluitschema), behalve uitgang OUT3 en de uitgang om spraakberichten in de lift af te spelen. Op ingang 1, 2 en 3 mogen alleen potentiaalvrije contacten aangesloten worden, dit kunnen N.O. of N.C. contacten zijn (ligt aan hoe ze geprogrammeerd zijn) De vertragingstijd van hoe snel een geactiveerde ingang de melding moet doorgeven aan het callcenter is programmeerbaar Uitgang 1 en 2 zijn open collector uitgangen die een aangesloten externe spanning van maximaal 48V/0,5A kunnen schakelen. Let op de polariteit, gemeenschappelijk is GND en de collector is + (zie onderstaand aansluitschema) Uitgang 3 is een potentiaalvrij wisselcontact dat een verdiepingsknop in de lift kan schakelen om de lift een zelftest te laten uitvoeren (in combinatie met de rittenteller en automatische lifttest) De module heeft een voeding nodig van 12 of 24VDC en gebruikt maximaal 65mA aan stroom Zie onderstaand aansluitschema:

During problems identification is very good when you know the tones. It helps you monitor how door intercom works and where from comes the problem. The signalling might be switch of in a few levels (parameters 61,62 and 63).
1.2 Calling from Alarm The functionality of Alarm is influenced by connection of further lift components (failure notification, relay,...) as same as by setting of Alarm parameters. 1.2.1 Emergency call (button activation) The emergency call is basic and most important feature of Alarm. It is activated by button pressing (connector BTN1 or BTN2). Button BTN1 is for directly call (without blocking by BLOCK signal), button BTN2 is possible blocg by signal on connector BLOCK. For each button input is possible set different time for activation the emergency call, common setting is a kind of polarity of the (NO or NC system). To provide correct functionality for BTN2 you must keep 2 conditions: First condition is that, button blocking is not active. Please note that blocking might be either by close contact or by open contact of switch connect to the connector BLOCK. Second condition is that button BTN2 you must hold enough time. It is adjustable from 0,5 sec to 39 sec. To provide correct functionality for BTN1 you must keep 1 condition: Condition is that button BTN1 you must hold enough time. It is adjustable from 0,5 sec to 39 sec and not hold longer then 8 x parameter 52 (therefore then it is technical call) RUKRA B.V. ● www.rukra.com ●

The alarm measure the voltage on the line and if it is simultaneously picked up other telecommunications equipment (another parallel alarm communicator) so the line not pickup and not calling. During emergency call is active both way voice communication. During establishing call is lighting yellow indicator . After call connection – call confirmation – green indicator light up. Emergency call dial progressivelly stored numbers (1÷6 position). It starts from position 1 up to position which is not programmed. It means when you programm numbers to all 6 position then progressivelly dial all 6 numbers. When you erase number on position 3 then dial numbers on position 1 and 2 and returns back to position 1. You can also programm how many times the round (programmed numbers on position 1-6 should be repeated ( 1 to 9 times). While is emergency call the button does not react on other pressing and even more any other stage might not break emergency call procedure. The machine room call only can break emergency call by using 3rd wire INT from Switch board, if using connection with machine room by only 2 wires, then not possible break emergency call. The last point of emergency call is call confirmation . At every emergency number ( position 1-6) you can select confirmation or not.. Dialling is stoped after call connection (confirm call = light green LED indicator). Endo of alrm is function for fitters - if fitter is on place - on lift, so he confirm this event as Endo of alrm you must press button BTN1 longer then 8 x parameter 52, next is call is technical call - End of alarm. 1.2.2 Service calling ( from timer) Service calling is optional parameter. You also define if this parameter is activated since first connection of Alarm to telephone line.This service calling is adjustable from 1 to 9 day period, for example 3 means that Alarm is make automatically every 3th day a call to preprogrammed number. (test of Alarm functionality). For service calling you programm special number which might be of course the same as emergency calling number. You can also select if will be dialling only this number or all round of emergeny numbers ( then you have max 7 numbers) . The service calling is repeated in period 0-9 min ( programmable) until succesfull call (confirmation). The repeated time between calls is programmable because to service department can call more Alarm. To avoid of problem that service department line is busy you can programm different time period for service calling up installation place. During failure calling is not lighting any indicator. It is not voice communication. 1.2.3 End of calling – call confirmation The Alarm enables to program at every number if will be confirm or not. Every call needs authorisation if it was succesfull or not. Therefore analog line doesnt support any kind of authorisation (signalling) we can define success of call by 2 ways. The Alarm needs this info to not dial further telephone numbers. First way (no confirmation) is detection that call was succesfull on the base control ringing tone (CRT). It is tone which we are hearing in handset when make call to other subscriber. Thed Alarm detects this tone and when is missing for certain time then evaluate the call was succesfull (Green indicator light up and yellow light down). The time which define undetection of CRT ( called part picks up) is adjustable because each type of PBX can be different. Usually should be 5 seconds as the best (parameter 56). At this call authorisation stays possibility confirm the call by dial confirmation characters (kxxxx, where xxxx is 1-4 numerals). After dialling of confirmation characters Alarm reply and reactions are four possibilities for the confirmation of four different confirmation codes - specified below. Second way (with confirmation) is detection that call was succesfull only by dial confirmation characters (kxxxx, where xxxx is 1-4 numerals). This way is most reliable but requires trained people in service department (they must be able insert confirmation characters when call is pick up), or at service department must be used evaluation software. After dialling of confirmation characters the Alarm reply and reactions are four possibilities for the confirmation of four different confirmation codes - specified below. In this case is not possible detect it by CLIP because all Alarm communicators have the same CLIP due the same telephone line use for outgoing calls. The same is the case with parallel connection communicators in one telephone line. • par. 48 - return DTMF state of counter of move lift cabin. This parameters is on Option module! • par. 49 - react on this confirmation is hanhg up and dial Emergency call like as after press bytton BTN1 (without function of blocking) • par. 40 - return DTMF last two dial numbers (separate by special DTMF tone "D"), first is last and second is pre last dialing telephone numbers Character k is common first character (0-9,*,#) for all four type of confirm code.
The last possibility to call confirm is dial hangup code (parameter 43). 1.2.4 Machine room connection Connection between machine room and Alarm is special case which has absolut priority. The reason is that during machine room communication is disconnected telephone line. The Alarm accept machine room call as incoming, it means you can programm the unit , control otputs/ inputs. The call is not time limited as same as not possible hang up. Possibility to make machine room connection is only when you use option box named „Switch board“ and via connection of third wire INT (telephone line has 2 wires and third is for Alarm controlling). Wires connection is displayed on page 9. The call is activated by picking up of phone. The Alarm picks up immediatelly (is active). This status is indicated by both indicators ( green and yellow) light up. You can make voice communication. The call duration is until hang up phone in machine room. Special case is by using new generation of Switch board, that enables communication with the Alarm communicator just after 2 wires. It's actually a small PBX, where the Alarm into communication with the machine room shall dial a special code DTMF. In this case call from machine room is not have absolute priority of call. 1.2.5 Incoming call Incoming call is coming from outside to Alarm. After extension dialling or land line number where is Alarm connected the Alarm is ringing and after preprogrammed number of rings (parameter 46) the Alarm picks up and you can speak to lift cabin. Exceptional is first 10sec, where is additionally possible insert "# and service password" (parameter 44), to enter programming mode. When jumper "SERVIS" on Alarm basic board is closed you are automatically going to programming mode when call is picks up. ( without service password). It is usefull when you forget service password and by this way you can programm the new one. Do not forget disconnect jumper after programming . Jumper is on the basic board (page Fout! Bladwijzer niet gedefinieerd.). Incoming call is detected by green indicator. It is possible voice communication. After confirmation by code behaves the same as described in chapter 18. Alarm lift communicator enables a special mode - parallel connection of several communicators. Moore about in the next chapter. 1.2.6 Parallel connection Alarm communicators In this mode (parameter 45) is the outgoing call control voltage telephone line and for incoming call here the system is addressing DTMF which communicator should stay pickuped. 1.2.8 End of alarm One type of the technical call is to confirm processing emergency call in place (in the lift cabin). This call can be done by holding down Btn.1. 2. Parameters programming 2.1 Programming by telephone: 2.1.1 Enter to programming mode The Alarm will be set to programming mode in two ways: 1. by password – only incoming call! – answer the telephone and dial a number, where the Alarm is connected (either extension number, if connected to PBX or number of state line to object, where the Alarm is placed and let you put through to PBX directly connected with Alarm). The Alarm will answer (you hear tone for answering – see table on page 17) up to 10 sec dial #xxxx, where xxxx is the service number for entry to programming and if O.K., the registration tone to programming will sound and afterwards the programming tone is heard (seet Table on page 17). Default setings is password xxxx=0000 2. by "SERVICE" jumper – only incoming call! – you will realize the connection with Alarm in the same way as in point. 1, but when the SERVICE jumper is connected, then the Alarm after answering directly comes to programming mode – you hear tone for answering, registration tone to programming and afterwards the programming tone is heard. (see table on page 17). 2.1.2 Programming of parametres The initial state for programming is signaled by programming tone and the Alarm will come back to this state always after time expiration (5 seconds) even you started to program anything. When programming two types of parameters will occur. Partly they are parameters with fixed length – the majority of them they are, then the programming is affirmed and the parameter is always recorded immediately after mandatory length fulfillment by acknowledge tone and partly the parameters with variable length (parameter 1,2,47-40), followed with confirmation and the recording of the parameter after inactivity period expires (5 sec). The only case with immediate recording of parameters is the fulfillment of max. number of recorded signs (numbers) – by parameters 1,2 it is 16, by parameter 47-40 it is 4. If during programming you enter number (sign) not allowable by its extent then the Alarm immediately emits an error tone, the parameter will not be recorded nor changed, the Alarm will come to initial state and it is possible to repeat the parameter setting or program another parameter. The Alarm stays inactive in programming mode for 30 seconds, then he will automatically hang up. By every dialing of DTMF tone this period is set up repeatedly. The selection of parameter 9 can also end the programming mode. Note 1. if you wish to keep the connection (extend the 30 seconds period) than the customer will think over the other setting, so pressing e.g.. * or # form time to time will be sufficient and the Alarm immediately responds by error tone, but he will extend the period to hanging up..
2.2 PC programming– programm AlarmSet For setting of Alarm by PC you need special USB cable KAB with galvanic isolation included and Programm AlarmSet. The Alarm must be connected to telephone line – powering. Procedure: • • •

Run the AlarmSet program – the Alarm will report the his conversion to PC programming mode. After AlarmSet program being run the Alarm is in this mode – this status is indicated by LED light on panel by 1 second flashing. By loss of connection it is necessary to disconnect the cable from Alarm connect it again – the Alarm will answer and if AlarmSet program runs he will report his conversion to programming mode. In AlarmSet program is this connection indicated in upper riht corner.
