INTRODUCTION
1.1
Welcome
Dear sports fans Welcome to the 42nd Rally Bohemia 2015. This year, the Rally Bohemia has newly become part of the FIA European Historic Sporting Rally Championship, the Czech Rally Championship and the Czech Historic Rally Championship and is also the final race of the Regional Rally Cup. On top of the racing events spectators will also see the very popular Rally Legend show. The competing crews will go through 13 special stages, with a total length of 150 racing kilometres. Our aim was to bring the Rally Bohemia closer to Mlada Boleslav. The result is a very compact competition with special stages which are attractive and demanding as usual. The schedule also sees a comeback of the Bzi special stage. Various versions of regular special stages such as those of Sychrov, Sumburk or Vinec are also included in the schedule. A few words on safety always appear at this point. The team of organizers has again made a step forward this year in that respect and increased the track’s safety even further. We value the opinions of spectators as well as drivers and have also taken their comments from last year’s edition into account. I would like to extend my thanks to those municipalities and towns the course of Rally Bohemia 2015 runs through as we would never be able to organize such a great event without their tolerance. I believe that all those taking part in this year’s Rally Bohemia 2015 will adhere to organizers’ instructions, stay within the professionally designed spectator zones and have a wonderful time throughout the competition. This Rally Guide will guide you through the whole rally. It is designated for the competitors, competing crews, supporting teams, media representatives, officials and guests. All the new information and materials are available for download on our internet pages at www.rallybohemia.cz. The Rally Guide is and informational document not having the character of an obligatory regulation. 1.3
Rally Introduction
The 42nd Rally Bohemia 2015 is part of the FIA European Historic Sporting Rally Championship (FIA EHSRC), the Czech Rally Championship (MCR), the Czech Historic Rally Championship (MCR HA) and the RR-Cup. A part of the programme is the Rally Legend. The total length of the competition is 428.31 kilometres (FIA EHSRC, MCR HA) and 458.86 (MCR), from which 151.65 kilometres are special stages.

SERVICE PARK
5.1
Location
Central Service Park will be located in front of the Škoda Auto factory’s gate nr. 11. It will be available from 18:00, Friday 10th July, till 20:00, Sunday 12th July 2015. GPS position: N 50°25.602′ E 14°55.233′

Facilities at Service Park
Rally Bohemia Information Centre will be available there with the Results Service. A place for tyre suppliers is reserved. Also included is a medical help service, access to drinking water, toilets and refreshments. The whole area is covered by Wi-Fi signal for internet access. 5.3
Service Park Content
See the Rally Guide appendix. Only the cars having the label Service A and Service B will be allowed to enter the Service Park. Trailers will be parked according to Organizer’s directions at a nearby meadow. Any vehicle not having proper labelling will be towed away at the costs of its owner. 5.4
Catering in Service Park
Should your team or any other company would like to have catering for its guests in the service area, it must be settled with the organizer before start of administrative check. In other cases the organizer can forbid this catering. Selling food and drinks in the service area without permit is strictly forbidden.

There are no restrictions for hand two-way radio.

FUEL
7.1
Refuelling
The competitors can refuel only at the designated refuelling points described in the itinerary. Any other activity inside the refuelling zone not related directly to refuelling of a particular car is prohibited. The maximum speed of 5 km/h is set for all refuelling zones. It is recommended for the technicians to wear a non-flammable suit. Only the competitor is responsible for refuelling. Every trespass will be announced to the Stewards. During refuelling engine has to be switched off. It is recommended for the crew not to stay in a car during refuelling. Should the crew remain in the car, the seatbelt have to be unfastened. The car can be pushed out by the crew, functionaries and / or two team members without the penalization. Only in the case of providing help during refuelling two team members of each crew are allowed to step into this zone. The organizers will arrange an additional zone dedicated to refuelling only. Any form of service excluding refuelling the car is in this zone prohibited and all other regulations apply in the same way as in other refuelling zones.

IMPORT OF VEHICLES AND SPARE PARTS
There are no limitations for the transport of racing cars and spare parts into the Czech Republic (valid for EU member countries). Racing car and spare parts transferred into the Czech Republic from non-EU member countries have to be recorded in ATA Carnet. Racing car has to be equipped with vehicle registration plate and have a green card.

SCRUTINEERING

Preparations to be made before the car is brought to scrutineering
Car can be placed for scrutineering by a crew representative. Scrutineering will be taking place at the service park. Marking of under body, engine block and other components (supercharger, gearbox, differential) will be performed under supervision including spare parts. Also weight of a car will be checked together with noise level. All the operations regarding mounting the ONI System monitoring device take place at the same time. The cars not having the appropriate handler for this device, antennas, control elements and other equipment should claim for it in advance at the device administrator and make it all set up before the arrival to scrutineering. Here, all crews shall submit all parts of clothing, which will be used, including helmets and frontal head restraint system. At the same time they shall hand in their technical cards including “Driver’s Safety Equipment”. Competitors shall hand in complete homologation document upon request. 13.3
Returning of ONI System tracking device
At the end of the rally or after withdrawal from the rally, the tracking units have to be returned to the system provider. Collecting of units will be performed at the car park situated near the finish place. In case of retirement during the race the station of the device administrator is situated in the service park. 13.4
Final Checks
Complete final check for specified rally cars will be performed upon written notification from CoC immediately after finish of the rally. For each car at the final scrutineering a representative of the team and maximum of two mechanics. One driver can be present too. Final check will be in the Škoda Auto Customer Centre in Mladá Boleslav.

START OF THE RALLY
The ceremonial start takes place on Friday 10th July 2015 from 18:00. The start ramp will be located at the Old Town’s Square in Mladá Boleslav. Selected crews with their cars and dressed in overalls will attend the ceremonial start according to the ceremonial starting order. The time applies for the preparation area in front of the start ramp. Cars will drive on the start ramp only on signal from marshals. The ceremonial start will be initiated by a wave of the country flag.

FINISH OF THE RALLY
Cars will drive on the finish ramp on signal from marshals from the car park. The winner’s podium will be ready for the first three crews in total classification. Other prizes will be handed on the finish ramp.

Press accreditation is governed by Appendix 12 of the National Sports Regulations of the FAS ACR. Applications for accreditations shall be submitted via information system available at http://akreditace.mediasport.cz (hereinafter referred to as IS). Access in the IS can be attained by a journalist based on a filled-in accreditation form available in PDF-file at the pages of the

FAS ACR or online on the aforesaid internet address. This form can be filled in by the applicant just once and after that the applicant will sign up for the respective events using the IS. The accreditation form must be sent again only in case of a change of some data (editors’ changes etc.). The form must be signed both by the applicant and by the editor in chief or their deputy. Authorized representative of L-Advertising in cooperation with the Press Centre of the rally based on prerequisites delivered by the applicant decides on accepting or denying of the application. Result of this decision will be announced via IS system and also email. Press Centre of the rally will issue to accredited journalists all necessary materials. According to paragraph no. 4 of these principles the paid commercial accreditation can be granted too. Driver cannot take any alcohol or other narcotics before and during the drive. Zero tolerance for alcohol in driver’s body applies in the Czech Republic. Always give way to pedestrians on the crosswalks. Following speed limits applies: o urban area at 50 km/h o outside urban area at 90 km/h o motorways and highways at 130 km/h When driving on motorways and highways the car has to be equipped with vignette. This is valid also for competition cars. Be advised that competing crews will use these roads during rally. Vehicles over 3.5 t of weight use the electronic toll fee collecting system.
