RIWAYAT HIDUP Penulis dilahirkan di Sambirejo, sebuah Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Jiwan, Kabupaten Madiun– Jawa Timur pada tanggal 20 Maret 1993, sebagai Putra pertama dari Kardiono dan Umi Chasanah. Penulis menyelesaikan pendidikan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Jambu pada tahun 2005. Pada tahun yang sama penulis masuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Pare dan lulus pada tahun 2008, pada tahun yang sama pula penulis masuk Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Pare dan lulus pada tahun 2011. Pada tahun yang sama pula penulis melanjutkan pendidikan di Jurusan Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian-Peternakan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Penulis melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT. Bisi International Tbk. Kediri pada tahun 2013.
KATA PENGANTAR Syukur alhamdulillah penulis panjatkan terhadap Allah SWT, berkat rahmat dan karunia-Nya penulis dapat menyelesaikan laporan penelitian skripsi dengan judul “Pengujian Formula Pupuk Hayati Rhizobakteri terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Jagung (Zea mays) pada Lahan Kering”.
