Behandelingsprincipes van NHL RAI classificatie
Low risk Stadium 0: Persisterende lymfocytose in perifeer bloed (>5000/µl) Intermediate risk Stadium 1: Lymfocytose met lymfadenopathiën. stadium 2: Lymfocytose met splenomegalie al dan niet met klierzwelling. High risk Stadium 3: Lymfocytose met tevens anemie (niet auto-immuun) (Hb < 11 g). Stadium 4: Lymfocytose met tevens trombopenie (niet auto-immuun) (Bp < 100 x 109/l
