Question 9 (9 marks) Cinta ya cinta, tapi . . . Begini ceritanya: Aku dan pacarku, sebut saja ‘N’, sudah ‘berpacaran’ selama 3 bulan. Masalahnya, akhir-akhir ini aku bertanya-tanya apakah N cinta sama aku. Aku pacarnya atau hanya sopir pribadinya? Aku sih sebenarnya tidak keberatan mengantar atau menjemput N kalau diperlukan. Aku pacarnya dan aku punya mobil. Tapi kalau terusmenerus minta diantar-jemput tanpa peduli aku sibuk atau tidak, tidak adil namanya. Apalagi, kalau aku tidak bisa, dia marah dan mengatakan aku tidak cinta padanya. Aku curiga: mungkin N tidak cinta padaku. Pernah aku terlambat datang ke kuliah penting karena harus mengantar N ke salon. Dia tidak peduli. Marah juga aku. Teman-temanku mengatakan aku bodoh dan diperbudak N. Apakah ini benar? Aku tidak mau percaya, tapi bukti-buktinya membenarkan. Bagaimana jalan keluarnya, apa yang harus aku lakukan? Aku sedang dalam dilema, cinta ya cinta, tapi . . . Benny Benny yang sedang ragu, Pernah dengar pepatah ‘Cinta itu buta’? Karena cinta, orang sering tidak dapat melihat kenyataan. Dari surat Benny, kelihatannya Benny mengalami konflik batin, antara cinta dan harga diri. Karena itu Benny bingung dan mempertanyakan cinta N. Jalan keluarnya? N harus menghadapi ujian untuk membuktikan cintanya. Singkirkan mobil itu. Katakan mobil diminta kembali oleh ibu atau ayah. Tanpa mobil, akan kelihatan apakah cinta N palsu atau murni. Kalau palsu dia akan meninggalkan Benny. Bila ini yang terjadi, tentu Benny akan merasa sedih pada awalnya, tapi kemudian pasti Benny akan bersyukur terbebas dari ‘cewek bau bensin’. Percayalah bahwa Benny akan menemukan cinta sejati. Selamat menguji kemurnian cinta. Dokter Hati

Posted 10 Oktober 2012 Tidur siang jangan sampai punah! Tahukah kamu ada banyak bos yang coba-coba melarang tidur siang di tempat kerja? Menurut mereka nih, tidur sebentar selama jam kerja berarti malas banget dan ganggu produksi. Aku nggak setuju sama sekali! Itu nggak benar. Studi terbaru bilang yang bikin stres adalah kerja terlalu keras. Juga, katanya tidur siang membuat orang lebih santai dan tentunya stres hilang. Yang bekerja bisa bekerja lebih baik, yang belajar bisa lebih bersemangat. Semua tuh karena mereka cukup istirahat dan tidak tertekan. Asyik ‘kan! Satu hal lagi, tahu nggak tidur siang itu bagian adat kita, loh. Bagian budaya nenek moyang yang wajib dilestarikan. Berbanggalah kita punya TIDUR SIANG. Banyak penelitian membuktikan bahwa orang mendapat banyak manfaat yang signifikan dari tidur sebentar di siang hari. Diantaranya: – Di negara-negara yang mempunyai kebiasaan tidur siang, tingkat kematian akibat penyakit jantung rendah, dan tingkat kesehatan, pada umumnya, lebih tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidur siang selama paling sedikit 45 menit dapat membantu mencegah tekanan darah tinggi meskipun orang menghadapi stres. – Seperti komputer yang di-reboot, orang yang tidur siang dapat bekerja lebih lancar. Kecerdasannya meningkat dan
dia dapat berpikir lebih kreatif. Memori jangka panjangnya terjaga sehingga kenangan penting tidak terlupakan. – Kalau mau menjamin keselamatan di tempat kerja, sebaiknya pekerja diijinkan untuk tidur siang. Tidur siang dapat membuat orang lebih waspada, sehingga mengurangi kesalahan dan kecelakaan. – Tidur siang juga penting untuk kecantikan karena membuat kulit bersih dan mata bersinar.
Semua bukti di atas menunjukkan bahwa orang sebaiknya memasukkan tidur siang dalam jadwal kegiatannya sehari-hari. Dengan begitu dia dapat selalu menjaga Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Kecerdasan dan Kecantikannya.
