Jika sistem mengalami over pressure, kemungkinan 3 skenario kejadian yang mungkin akan terjadi meliputi no release dengan probability 3.69E-02, no-flame dengan probability 9.46E-03, dan Jet-fire dengan probability 2.43E-04. Skenario berpeluang terjadinya jet fire sebesar 2.43E-04. Nilai 2.43E-04 masuk dalam kriteria SIL 3.
