Construction

Ausführung

Kétfokozatú homlokkerekes hajtómû, a kimenô fordulatszámnak megfelelô áttétekkel. A hajtómû acélból készült állványra van felszerelve. Az állványok alsó csatlakozó méretei a DIN 28137 szabvány szerintiek. Az állványok komplett csapágyházzal rendelkeznek, a csapágy nem csapágyazott tömszelence alkalmazása esetén kerül beépítésre. A hajtómû kihajtó tengelyvége és a zománcozott keverô tengelyvége speciálisan tervezett tengelykapcsolóval van összekötve. A tengelykapcsoló a hajtómûoldalon tárcsás, a keverôoldalon héjas kivitelû. A hajtómûállvány nyílásai perforált ráccsal védettek.

Two-stage helical gear box with ratio according to the output speed. The unit is mounted on a steel block. The lower connection sizes of the block are in compliance with DIN 28137 standard. Support stands are fitted with complete bearing house bearing will be built in at of installation seals without bearing. The output shaft of the drive and agitator shaft is connected by a special shaft coupling. Flange type coupling is used on the drive unit side, split-type coupling on the agitator side. All openings on the driving unit block are covered with screen.

Zweistufiges Stirnradgetriebe mit einer der Ausgangdrehzahl entsprechenden Übersetzung. Das Getriebe ist auf eine Stahllaterne montiert. Die unteren Anschlußmaße der Laterne entsprechen der Norm DIN 28137. Die Laternen sind gelagert, die Lager werden bei nicht gelagerten Gleitringdichtungen eingebaut. Eine speziell konstruierte Kupplung verbindet die Abtriebswelle des Getriebes und die Rührerwelle. Die Kupplung ist bei Antriebswelle des Getriebes eine Scheibenkupplung, diejenige bei dem Rührer eine Schalenkupplung. Offene Teile der Laterne haben perforiertes Schutzgitter.

The speed range of LHV drive units regardless of size is ~ 20-120 rpm. Der Ausgangsdrehzahlbereich der Antriebe LHV beträgt ~ 20-120 U/Min unabhängig von ihrer Grösse.

The dimension table contains the main dimensions of the optional column pieces.The elements may be also jacketed and have side nozzles. The settlement of the total length of the column may be according to the technology on the basis of the costumer’s sketch. Die Ausgestaltung der Konstruktion der Kolonnen erfolgt individuell entsprechend den technologischen Prozessen. Die Tabelle enthält die Abmessungen der wählbaren Kolonnenschüsse. A hidraulikus emelôszerkezet a nyomószûrô fenék süllyesztését és emelését végzi. Az emelômagasság kb. 300 mm, az emelhetô tömeg maximuma 1,5 tonna. Az emeléshez szükséges energiát 3db kézimûködtetésû szivattyú hozza létre úgy, hogy mindenegyes szivattyú egy munkahengerrel független körfolyamatot alkot. Az emelést végzô rendszer biztosítja, hogy irányítatlan mozgás (pl. fenékzuhanás) ne forduljon elô.

The hydraulic lifting device effects the lowering and lifting the pressure filter‘s bottom. The lifting height is about 300 mm, the moveable quantity max. 1.5 ton. The energy necessary for the lifting is effected by 3 pcs. hand operated pump in that way, that every pump forms an independent cycle with a working cylinder. The lifting system ensures that uncontrollable movement (e.g. bottom dive) should not happen.

Mit der hydraulischen Hebevorrichrung erfolgt die Hebung und die Senkung des Druckfilterbodens. Die Hubhöhe ist ca. 300 mm, die hebbare Masse max. 1.5 Tonnen. Die zu der Hebung nötige Energie wird durch 3 Pumpen mit Handbetätigung hergestellt jede einzelne Pumpe mit unabhängigem Kreislauf durch einen Arbeitzylinder. Mit dem Hebesystem wird gewährleistet, daß keine richtwirkungsfreie Bewegungen (z.B. Bodenstürzen) vorkommen.

Szerelvények A nyomószûrôk N1 és N4 csonkjára nézôüveg szerelvény van szerelve (E-1-02). A többi készülékcsonk vaktárcsával van lezárva. A szûrôlap zománcozott acél.

Fittings On the nozzle N1 and N4 of the pressure filters sight glass fitting is mounted (E-1-02). The other nozzles are closed by blind flanges. The filter plate is enamelled steel.

Zubehöre Die Stutzen N1 und N4 der Druckfilter sind mit Schauglasarmatur montiert (E-1-02). Weitere Stutzen mit Blindflanschen. Die Filterplatte ist stahlemailliert.

A készülék fûthetô és hûthetô kivitelben készül. A fûtôközeg gôz vagy olaj, a hûtôközeg víz, sólé vagy glikolhûtôfolyadék. A keverôszerkezet lapátokkal felszerelt, mindkét végén csapágyazott, szénacél merevítésû, teflon csôtengely. A teflon lapátokra szerelt orrlemezek a készülékbe vezetett folyadék áramlását, az egyenletes filmréteg kialakítását biztosítják a készülék belsô felületén. Az így létrehozott filmben nagy hôátadási tényezô érhetô el, mely lehetôvé teszi a hômérséklet pontos szabályozását. A készülék használható bepárlásra, oldószer mentesítésre, gázok abszorpciójára, deszorbciójára, gyorsan lejátszódó kémiai reakciók megvalósítására, hôre érzékeny anyagok feldolgozására vákuum alatt illetve túlnyomáson. A készülék speciális szerkezeti anyagai miatt különösen alkalmas: fémnyomokra érzékeny anyagok feldolgozására, valamint erôteljes korrozív körülményeket igénylô vegyipari mûveletek megvalósítására. The rotational film evaporator is a vertical, cylindric, glass enamelled equipment, which consists of three main parts: - glass enamelled body with devided steam jacket - rotor with swinging blades and with disc for material distribution - infinitely variable drive unit and motor. The euipment is produced in heatable and coolable execution. The heating materials may be steam or oil, the cooling materials water, brine or glycol. The agitating unit is PTFE axle tube with carbon steel reinforcement, beared on both ends and fitted with blades. The head plates mounted on the PTFE blades secure the stream of the liquid in the equipment, the forming of the equal filmlayer on the inside of the equipment. In the so formed film a big heat-transfer coefficient could be reached which enables the correct controlling of the temperature. The equipment could be used for evaporation, release of solvents, absorption, desorption of gases, implementation of quick chemical reactions, preparation of materials sensitive to hot under vacuum, resp. on overpressure. The equipment is specially suitable owing to its special construction materials for preparation of matrials sensitive to metal traces, as well as implementation of chemical processes requiring strong corrosive condeitions.

Der Rotationsdünnschichtverdampfer - in vertikalen Zylinderausbildung - besteht aus drei Haupteinheiten: - emaillierter Körper mit geteiltem Mantel - Rotor mit Schwungschaufeln, mit Materialverteiler - Antrieb und Elektromotor. Der Apparat wird in heiz- und kühlbaren Ausführung hergestellt. Das Heizmedium ist Dampf oder Öl, das Kühlmedium ist Wasser, Sole oder Glykol. Das Rührersystem ist mit Schaufeln ausgerüstet, die Welle ist an beiden Enden gelagert, sie ist eine Rohrwelle, mit Kohlenstahl versteift. Die Vorderplatten an den Schaufeln aus Teflon sichern die Strömung der Flüssigkeit in dem Apparat, und die Gestaltung der gleichmäßigen Filmschicht auf der inneren Oberfläche des Apparates. Mit dem auf dieser Weise gestalteten Film kann eine große Wärmeübertragungskoeffizient erreicht werden. Dies ermöglicht die feine Regelung der Temperatur. Der Apparat kann für Eindampfung, für Entlastung von Lösemitteln, für Adsorption und Desorption von Gasen, für die Verwirklichung von schnell abspielenden chemischen Reaktionen, für die Verarbeitung von auf Wärme empfindlichen Materialien mit Vakuumbetrieb oder unter Überdruck verwendet werden. Der Apparat ist infolge seiner speziellen Bauwerkstoffen außerordentlich geeignet für die Verarbeitung von auf Metallspuren empfindlichen Materialien bzw. für die Verwirklichung stark korrosiver chemischer Prozeße.

A technológiai helyszínen a szállítótartály rögzíthetô és a technológiai vezeték közvetlenül a tartály csonkjaihoz szerelhetô. A szállítótartályok egyedi tervek alapján készülnek, Lehetnek köpenyes és köpeny nélküli kivitelûek. A köpeny a szállított vegyianyag melegítését, hôntartását biztosítja. A szállítótartály rögzítésének helyén a köpeny is hálózatra csatlakoztatható. A szállítótartály bukócsôvel védett és a kezelési szinten kezelôjárdával felszerelt.

It is possible to transport with enamelled transport tank corrosive chemicals from the “refuelling place” to the utilization equipment. In this way the building out of long corrosion resistant pipeline could be saved. On the technological place the transport tank can be fastened and the technological pipeline could be mounted directly on the nozzle of the tank. The transport tanks are produced on the base of individual projects, and may be with or without steam jacket. The steam jacket secures the heating, soaking of the delivered chemicals. On the place of fastening the transport tank the steam jacket could be jointed to the network. The transport tank is protected with a frame bridle and equipped with a service platform on the operating level.

Damit kann der Ausbau einer langen Rohrleitung aus rostfreiem Stahl gespart werden. Am Platz der Verarbeitung kann der Transportbehälter verankert werden, und die technologische Leitung kann direkt den Behälterstutzen angeschlossen werden. A szállítótartály utánfutó szerelvényre van felszerelve. Ha a felhasználó rendelkezik utánfutóval, úgy a tartály alátámasztását, annak méreteit a tervezéskor egyeztetni kell. A tartály rögzített helyzetben (utánfutó nélkül) is üzemeltethetô.

Az ellenálláshômérô tapintó érzékelôje a kívül teljes felületén zománcozott hômérôtok, ill. áramlástörô alul elvékonyított felületéhez fémesen érintkezik. A hômérô a zománcozott szondacsôbôl bármikor kivehetô, cserélhetô. A THERMOTUR Pt100 hômérô az érzékelési ponttól négy vezetékkel van kivezetve, így a bekötésnél fellépô átmeneti ellenállások a mérés pontosságát nem befolyásolják. A rozsdamentes acél csatlakozófej két, egymástól független érzékelô négyvezetékes bekötésre alkalmas sorkapcsot tartalmaz. A kábelek saválló acélcsôben vannak vezetve. Az érzékelô és a fémfelület közötti állandó nyomóerôt rugós elôfeszítés biztosítja. A csatlakozófejbe jeladó is beépíthetô. Ehhez a csatlakozó kábelt a tömszelencén keresztül lehet bekötni.

THERMOTUR Temperature measuring Temperaturmeßsonde THERMOTUR probe The THERMOTUR measuring probe is a platinum resistance thermometer, which is suitable for intermittent temperature measurement of chemical technology in fully closed system without danger of metallic contamination for the medium. The feeler sensor of the resistance thermometer touchs metallic the thinned bottom of the outside totally enamelled thermometer pocket, resp. baffle. The thermometer is removable from the enamelld pocket at any time. The THERMOTUR Pt100 thermometer is connected to four leadwires at the sensing point so the transient resistances of the connection do not effect the accuracy of the measurement. The stainless steel connection head contains a terminal strip suitable for connection two independent 4-wire temperature sensor. The cables are fitted in stainless steel tube. The constant compressing between the sensor and the steel surface is provided by a spring assembly. A signal device could be mounted in the connecting box. For this the connecting cable may be led through the stuffing box.

Die Temperaturmeßsonde ist ein Widerstandthermometer aus Platine, der für die kontinuierliche Temperaturmessung der chemischen Technologien fähig ist, in völlig geschlossenem System, ohne eine Gefahr von metallischen Verunreinigungen für das Medium. Der Tastfühler des Widerstandthermometers schmiegt sich metallisch um die unten verdünnte Fläche der emaillierten Thermometerhülse, bzw. des emaillierten Srtomstörers. Der Thermometer kann jeweils aus dem Sondenrohr ausgebaut werden, austauschbar. Der THERMOTUR Pt100 Thermometer ist mit vier Leitungen von dem Fühlerpunkt abgezapft, und es wird damit erreicht, da die temporären Widerstände bei dem Anschluß die Genauigkeit der Messung nicht beeinflußen. Der Anschlußkopf aus rostfreiem Stahl enthält eine Reihenschaltung, die für den Anschluß von zwei, voneinander unabhängigen Fühlern mit vier Leitungen geeignet ist. Die Kabel sind in einem rostfreiem Stahlrohr geführt. Die ständige Druckkraft wird zwischen dem Fühler und der Metalloberfläche mit einer Feder-Vorspannung gesichert. In dem Anschlußkopf kann auch ein Signalgeber eingebaut werden. Das Kabel ist durch die Stopfbüchse anzuschließen.

A THERMOTAN hômérsékletmérô szonda platina ellenállásmérô, mely alkalmas vegyipari technológiák folyamatos hômérsékletmérésére. Az ellenállásmérô érzékelôje tantálköpenyes rézcsavarba van építve. A csavar teflontömítéssel menetesen csatlakozik a zománcozott hômérôtok, ill. áramlástörô alsó részéhez.

A THERMOTAN ellenállásmérô egy, vagy két vékonyréteg platin ellenálláshômérô, melynek mindkét csatlakozó pontjához két kábelér van kötve, külön az áram és külön a feszültségkivezetés számára, ezáltal a kábelér ellenállása, valamint a csatlakozó átmeneti ellenállása a mérés pontosságát nem befolyásolja. A rozsdamentes acél csatlakozófej két, egymástól független érzékelô négyvezetékes bekötésre alkalmas sorkapcsot tartalmaz. A teflon kábelek a hômérôtok, ill. áramlástörô belsejében szabadon vannak vezetve. A csatlakozófejbe jeladó is beépíthetô. Ehhez a csatlakozó kábelt a tömszelencén keresztül lehet bekötni.

The THERMOTAN measuring probe is a platinum resistance thermometer, which is suitable for intermittent temperature measurement of chemical technology. There are two leadwire connected to both output points of the sensor, separate for the current and the voltage output, so the resistance of the cable conductor, resp. the transitional resistance of the connection do not effect the accuracy of the measurement. The stainless steel connection head contains a terminal strip suitable for connection two independent 4-wire temperature sensors. The PTFE cables are fitted free in the inside of the enamelled thermometer pocket or baffle. A signal device could be mounted in the connecting box. For this the connecting cable may be led through the stuffing box.

Temperaturmeßsonde THERMOTAN Die Temperaturmeßsonde ist ein Winderstandthermometer aus Platine, der für die kontinuierliche Temperaturmessung der chemischen Technologien fähig ist. Der Tastfühler des Widerstandthermometers ist in einer Kupferschraube ummantelt mit Tantal eingebaut. Die Schraube schliesst sich mit einer Dichtung dem unteren Teil der Thermometerhülse, bzw. des Stromstörers. Die THERMOTAN Temperaturmeßsonde ist ein Winderstandsthermometer aus dünner, einoder zweischichtiger Platine, bei beiden Anschlußpünkten mit je 2 zwei Kabelleitern, separat für die Strom- und separat für die Spannungsklemme. Es wird damit erreicht, das der Widerstand des Kabelleiters, bzw. die temporären Widerstände bei dem Anschluß die Geneuigkeit der Messung nicht beeinflußen. Der Anschlußkopf aus rostfreiem Stahl enthält eine Reihenschaltung, die für den Anschluß von zwei, voneinander unabhängigen Fühlern mit vier Leitungen geeignet ist. Die Kabel aus Teflon sind in der Thermometerhülse, bwz. in dem Stromstörer frei geleitet. In dem Anschlußkopf kann auch ein Signalgeber eingebaut werden. Das Kabel ist durch die Stopfbüchse anzuschließen.

The tubes and fittings are fitted with split flanges according to DIN 28150. Connection dimensions according to DIN 2501 PN10, connection according to ANSI is also possible.
