Theme THE ROLE OF NUTRITION FOR HEALTHY AGING AND GERIATRIC PROBLEMS
Background Aging
is often accompanied by occurrence of illness, which may increase the risk of nutritional
deficiency. Malnutrition in elderly is regularly underdiagnosed, it is estimated that between 2%–16% of community-dwelling elderly are nutritionally deficient in protein and calories. Studies of hospitalized older patients suggest that between 20%–65% of these patients suffer from nutritional deficiencies. Degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and cancer, which are among the most common diseases affecting older persons, are all diet-affected. Micronutrient deficiencies are often common in elderly people due to a number of factors such as their reduced food intake and a lack of variety in the foods they eat. On this event we combine symposium and workshop in one range of events with a theme “Nutrition For Healthy Aging And Geriatric Problems”. The topics that will be presented is current medical topics is based on current guidelines and evidence based medicine. We hope this event will update and widen the knowledge about the importance of nutritional therapy as one of pivotal modality in the treatment of aging and geriatric problems in Indonesia. Aim 1. Participants understand and increase knowledge about current issues in aging and geriatrics problems. 2. Participants understand about current issues related to geriatric in perioperative and intensive care units 3. Participants understand and update the role of nutrition in geriatric problems

KETENTUAN UMUM LOMBA POSTER ILMIAH I. TEMA Nutrition For Healthy Aging And Geriatric Problems II. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI 1. Peserta adalah dokter umum / dokter spesialis / mahasiswa kedokteran / PPDS 2. Peserta merupakan individu atau dapat berupa tim 3. Poster adalah karya orisinil yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya di media manapun, belum pernah diikutsertakan dalam perlombaan sejenis, belum pernah dipresentasikan dan/atau tidak pernah digunakan untuk media komunikasi apapun 4. Abstrak akan diseleksi oleh tim penilai, yang menarik dan berbobot akan diminta untuk maju ke oral presentasi 5. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran 6. Pendaftaran a. b. Pengumpulan abstrak diterima paling lambat tanggal 29 Maret 2017, jika lewat maka abstrak tetap dapat mengikuti perlombaan namun tidak dimasukkan ke proceeding c. Keputusan dewan juri bersifat mutlak, mengikat, dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat Poster dapat berupa hasil penelitian ataupun case report Poster ilmiah adalah hasil penulisan berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka maupun penelitian orisinil yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya di media manapun, belum pernah diikutsertakan dalam perlombaan sejenis, dan atau tidak pernah digunakan untuk media komunikasi Apabila ada pembuktian pelanggaran ketentuan diatas (no.2), karya akan didiskualifikasikan dan/atau dibatalkan penghargaannya Naskah yang masuk menjadi hak panitia dan tidak dikembalikan Panitia memiliki hak dan wewenang untuk mempublikasikan poster ilmiah dan karya tulis dengan tetap mencantumkan nama penulisnya Isi poster harus sesuai dengan tema symposium. TATA CARA PENYEWAAN DAN PEMBAYARAN LOKASI PAMERAN PADA ACARA
A. Cara Pendaftaran 1. Pendaftaran untuk berpartisipasi dilakukan secara tertulis dengan mengisi formulir isian yang disediakan oleh panitia pelaksana 2. Apabila ternyata lokasi pameran tertentu diminati oleh lebih dari satu peminat, maka kesempatan diberikan kepada peserta yang terlebih dahulu mendaftar 3. Apabila pendaftaran diterima pada hari dan tanggal yang bersamaan, maka diusahakan dengan musyawarah antara peminat yang bersangkutan dengan dihadiri oleh panitia, sehingga dicapai kesepakatan pemilihan lokasi 4. Apabila dengan cara musyawarah seperti dimaksud dalam butir A.3 tidak dicapai kesepakatan, maka penentuan lokasi dilakukan dengan cara undian, dan pihak yang memperoleh pilihannya tidak diperkenankan mengubah atau membatalkan pilihannya
B. Biaya Partisipasi Biaya partisipasi booth Rp. 10.000.000,- / booth (uk. 3 x 3 m) Biaya penyewaan meja Rp.3.000.000,- / meja
C. Pembayaran 1. Pembayaran pertama / uang muka sebesar 25% dari biaya partisipasi sudah harus dilunasi saat pendaftaran 2. Penyambungan listrik dari tombol utama ke stop kontak di dalam stand dilakukan oleh Main Contractor dan Instalasi listrik di dalam stand dilaksanakan masing-masing peserta g.
