NS is determined by ODIN, not by manual data. Only data considered NS by ODIN will be eligible for the points. Only NS with min ach according to the rules will be eligible for the competition Points will be determined based on ODIN+ data purely (quantity of ach input in the first sale for NS) – no manual reports. Manual reports are only for reference on the daily achievement and should NOT be taken as the final number. Please make sure – all payments are input correctly by 31 May 2016 – No manually submitted data – In any case the data don’t match, we will refer to ODIN+ data pulled on 1 Jun 2016 For any exceptions, please get an email approval from: – Regional Directors – Karlin Christina State your reason for the exceptions clearly. Only approved exceptions from all persons above will be counted for the competition. If you are not clear on any rules, please ask. No assumption will be taken into consideration if it is not according to our rules

Kalau ada orang tua yg ingin ikut bagaimana? Orang tua diperbolehkan ikut dengan biaya pribadi, termasuk tiket pesawat dan hotel. EF membatasi hanya 1 orangtua/ pendamping untuk setiap pemenang.

Bagaimana teknis nya? Semua peserta/pemenang harus melakukan konfirmasi keikutsertaan satu bulan sebelum hari-H, termasuk mendata jika peserta membawa orang tua/tidak. Jika peserta membawa orang tua, akan ditempatkan di 1 kamar yang sama, jika tidak, peserta bergabung dengan peserta lain untuk pembagian kamar nya.

Berapa biaya yg kita charge untuk orangtua? Orang tua yang ikut serta akan dikenakan 50% biaya kamar hotel, biaya tambahan paket BBQ night, dan tiket masuk ke Kuntum Nursery. Detail biaya akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut pada “Syarat dan Ketentuan”

Bagaimana jika ada pemenang yang ingin menguangkan hadiah? Hadiah bisa diuangkan hanya untuk harga kamar. Tidak termasuk biaya bis Jakarta-Bogor, biaya makan selama di Bogor, biaya masuk ke Kuntum, dan lain-lain.

Apakah semua peserta diasuransikan? Ya, Asuransi mencakup kecelakaan yang menyebabkan cacat total hingga kematian.
7.
Bagaimana prosedur penggantian uang untuk para pemenang? Pada saat konfirmasi keikutsertaan, pemenang mengisi formulir khusus yang berisi pilihan mengikuti acara atau penukaran berbentuk uang. Jika ingin menukar hadiah dengan uang, pemenang harus mengisi nomor rekening tujuan. Penggantian uang diberikan maksimal 14 hari kerja setelah formulir diterima oleh EF Pusat.
8.
Bagaimana jika siswa sudah mendaftar untuk ikut namun berhalangan pada saat hari H ? Jika pada hari H siswa mendadak tidak bisa ikut, hadiah tidak bisa diuangkan.
