Hasil monitoring korosi menggunakan corrosion coupon (CC) dan electrical resistance (ER) probe adalah sebagai berikut : Data pengukuran proteksi katodik untuk pipa yang ditinjau: - pada riser GTS : lebih negatif dari -800mV vs elektroda ref. Ag/AgCl - pada riser MP : lebih negatif dari -800mV vs elektroda ref. Ag/AgCl
b. Data umur sisa dan penjadualan inspeksi berikutnya Metode perhitungan umur sisa dan penjadualan inspeksi yang saat ini diadopsi adalah dengan pendekatan berdasarkan standar ASME B31G dengan asumsi pertambahan axial length pit 10%/tahun. Umur sisa pipa GTS ini adalah 20,5 tahun (berakhir tahun
2025), sedangkan jadual inspeksi berikutnya (berdasarkan batasan ERF-ASME B31G sebesar 80% atau kedalaman pit 65%) adalah 5 tahun (berakhir tahun 2010). ERF merupakan perbandingan tekanan operasi yang diijinkan (MAOP) dengan tekanan desain.
