PICTURES PRINTS ANTIQUES Ondergetekende verzoekt aan Bovens Veiling namens hem/haar in deze veiling te bieden op de hiernaast vermelde kavel(s), maximaal tot het genoemde bedrag. Ik verklaar mij akkoord met de voor deze veiling geldende voorwaarden oa ten aanzien van de betalingstermijn en ben bekend met alle aanvullende mededelingen betreffende de kavel(s). Tevens dat deze opdracht zonder wettelijke verplichtingen en aansprakelijkheid door Bovens Veiling naar beste kunnen zal worden uitgevoerd. Boven’s Veiling are acting as representatives for the seller and are not obliged to disclose the name of the seller to the intending buyer or buyer The buyer is the person accepted as the highest bidder The hammer price is the highest amount accepted by the auctioneer for a lot The purchase price is the hammer price plus vat THE BUYER Is the person accepted as the highest bidder by Bovens. the decision whether or not to accept a bid shall be made by the auctioneer.
