MENGANALISA KESALAHAN DALAM MENGGUNAKAN VERBAL DAN NOMINAL SIMPLE PAST TENSE DALAM BENTUK INTERROGATIF YANG DIBUAT OLEH KELAS DELAPAN SISWA SMPN III PANDIH BATU ABSTRAK
Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji masalah-masalah mendasar sebagai berikut: (a) Untuk menemukan jenis kesalahan yang dibuat oleh siswa kelas VIII SMP N III Pandih batu dalam menggunakan verbal dan nominal dari simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative (b) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis jenis kesalahan dalam menggunakan verbal dan nominal simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative yang dicapai oleh siswa kelas VIII SMP N III Pandih Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dimana, tes, dan dokumentasi digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas delapan SMP N III Pandih batu, yang terdiri dari 58 siswa. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, SMP diklasifikasikan jenis kesalahan adalah: ada 68 kesalahan dalam omission, 77 kesalahan addition, 149 kesalahan dalam misformation, dan 20 kesalahan dalam misordering dalam menjawab kata kerja beraturan dalam kalimat sederhana dan jenis kesalahan dalam menggunakan verbal dan nominal dari simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative. Persentase kesalahan penting dalam menggunakan verbal and nominal dari simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative adalah 47.45%.Sementara itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa dalam menggunakan verbal dan nominal dari simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative adalah: ada 21.66% omission. Ada beberapa alasan penyebab kesalahan dalam menggunakan verbal dan nominal dari simple past tense dalam bentuk interrogative dari siswa kelas delapan SMPN III Pandih Batu; adalah intralingual dan interlingual. Kesalahan tertinggi dari intralingual dibuat oleh siswa adalah overgeneralization dengan frekuensi 314 atau 80.31%. Kedua adalah Simplication dengan frekuensi 77 atau 19.69%. Ketiga adalah Communication-based dengan frekuensi 0 atau 0%. Kata kunci: Jenis-jenis kesalahan, Penyebab kesalahan

ANALYSIS ON ERRORS IN USING VERBAL AND NOMINAL OF SIMPLE PAST TENSE IN INTERROGATIVE FORMS MADE BY THE EIGHT GRADE STUDENTS OF SMP-N III PANDIH BATU ABSTRACT
The principle purposes of the study are to identify some errors as follows: (a) To describe and analysis the types of errors made by the eighth grade students of SMPN III Pandih Batu in using verbal and nominal of simple past tense in interrogative forms (b) To describe and analysis the causes of errors made by the eighth grade students of SMPN III Pandih Batu in using verbal and nominal of simple past tense in interrogative forms. This study used descriptive quantitative method where the test, and documentation were employed in the collecting the data. The subject of this study was the eighth grade students of SMPN III Pandih Batu consist of 58 students. Based on the research findings, it was classified the types of errors were: there were 68 errors in omission, 77 errors in addition, 149 errors in misformation, and 20 errors in misordering in verbal and nominal of simple past tense in interrogative forms and. The percentage of errors in verbal and nominal of simple past tense in interrogative forms were; the highest error is misformation with percentage 47.45%, the second error is addition with percentage 24.52%, the third error is omission with percentage 21.66%, and last error is misordering with percentage 6.37%. There were some reasons that caused some errors in the use of verbal and nominal of simple past tense in interrogative forms by the eight grade students of SMPN III Pandih Batu; they were intralingual and interlingual. The highest cause errors of intralingual made by the students were overgeneralization with the frequencies of 314 or 80.31%, this was caused by the extension of the target language so that the students created deviant structure. The second was Simplification with the frequencies of 77 or 19.69%, it was caused by over redundancy, the third was communication-based with the frequency of 0 or 0%. CURRICULUM VITAE Aris Fatih Ahmad Fauzan was born in Pangkoh 3 Pandih Batu, Pulang Pisau Regency, on November 4, 1990. He is the fourth of fourth children of Mr. Muhammad Munir and Mrs. Umi Kulsum. He has brothers; they are Yuli Ikhsanul Kirom, Ribut Nafi’ Askan Tamami, and Alek Solehudin. He started his study in SDN 3 Pandih Batu in 2002 at the age of five. After completing from Elementary School, he continued his study in SMP N III Pandih Batu and completed in 2005. Afterwards, he studied in MAN Maliku. He took Social Science Program in the second and third year of his study and completed in 2008.Then he continued his study in STAIN Palangka Raya and took English Education Program in 2008 and undergraduated in 2013.
