ABSTRAK ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK PENGUSAHA MUSLIM DALAM MENCAPAI KESUKSESAN DALAM BERBISNIS (Studi Kasus di PT. Jatinom Indah Agri) Nur Adhani Wisudawan 33.3.3. 10194 Bisnis merupakan peranan vital di dalam kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi manusia sepanjang masa, bahkan Islam tidak melarang pemeluknya untuk berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sendiri dan keluarga. Sebaliknya, aktifitas bisnis sangat dianjurkan dalam Islam. Akan tetapi dalam menjalankan bisnis atau wirausaha terdapat karakteristik pengusaha yang harus dijadikan pedoman dalam menjalankan aktifitas bisnisnya. Hal ini dikarenakan masih maraknya pengusaha yang melakukan kecurangan dalam berbisnis, maka perlu adanya sebuah penelitian tentang karakteristik pengusaha, karena karakter merupakan aspek yang paling mendasar dalam berwirausaha. Karakter seorang pengusaha muslim yang nantinya akan mengarahkan sikap dalam berbisnis, apakah akan berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip muamalah Islam atau justru mengabaikannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengusaha muslim PT. Jatinom Indah Agri dalam mencapai kesuksesan bisnis. Kedua, mengetahui upaya pengusaha muslim PT. Jatinom Indah Agri dalam mencapai kesuksesan bisnis. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode induktif, deduktif dan konten. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, pertama, pengusaha muslim PT. Jatinom Indah Agri mempunyai karakter jujur/ adil/ konsisten/ ramah/ disiplin/ istiqomah. Akan tetapi terdapat karakter yang belum maksimal yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan berwirausaha. Misalnya dalam masalah kedisplinan, terbukti banyak karyawan yang melanggar peraturan. Kedua, dalam upaya mencapai kesuksesan bisnis, pengusaha PT. Jatinom Indah Agri di Blitar adalah dengan tidak putus asa dalam bekerja/ barokah/ selalu bersyukur/ bekerja dengan cara benar dan pasrah terhadap ketentuan Allah. Menurut Pengusaha Muslim PT. Jatinom Indah Agri kesuksesan suatu usaha datang dari Kepercayaan orang lain, dan sebisa mungkin bisnis yang dijalankan dapat bermanfaat bagi semua orang dan finansial/ materi akan mengikuti sendiri. Peneliti menyarankan kepada Pengusaha Muslim PT. Jatinom Indah Agri pertama, agar lebih menekankan disiplin kepada karyawan khsusnya dalam bekerja dan beribadah. Kedua, Agar lebih berhati hati dalam membangun kerjsana terhadap relasi bisnis ketiga, Agar tetap konsisten dalam membangun, mempertahankan bisnis dengan kaidah kaidah Islam. Akhirnya, peneliti sadar bahwa penelitian ini masih sangat jauh dari sempurna dan membutuhkan kajian lebih mendalam, baik studi kasus maupun literaturnya. Besar harapan semoga penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi peneliti khususnya, para pembaca pada umumnya, serta peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin mengembangkan penelitian ini. Dan semoga dengan adanya penelitian ini, dapat mendorong pihak PT. Jatinom Indah Agri untuk lebih berkembang dan maju dalam dunia bisnis.

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS ON MUSLIM ENTREPRENEURS CHARACTERISTICS TOWARD BUSINESS SUCCESS (Case Study at PT. Jatinom Indah Agri) Nur Adhani Wisudawan 33.3.3. 10194 Business is a vital role in social and economic life of human beings of all time, even Islam does not forbid its followers to trying to meet the needs of living alone and families. Instead, the business activity is highly recommended in Islam. But in running a business or self-employment there are characteristics that employers should be used as guidelines in carrying out its business activities. This is because there are entrepreneurs who cheat in business, the need for a study of the characteristics of entrepreneurs, because the character is the most fundamental aspects of entrepreneurship. The character of a Muslim Entrepreneurs who will direct the attitude of doing business, whether it will be guided by the principles of Islam muamalah or just ignore it. The purpose of this study: first, to determine the characteristics of Muslim entrepreneurs PT. Jatinom Indah Agri toward business success. Second, to determine the Muslim entrepreneurs PT. Jatinom Indah Agri toward business success. The research of methodology is a field research by using qualitative descriptive explorative. Collecting primary and secondary data. Data were collected by the observations, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis using inductive, deductive and content. From the research results can be concluded, first, a Muslim entrepreneurs PT. Jatinom Indah Agri has the character of an honest / justice / comitment / hospitable discipline / istiqomah. But there is a character that is not maximized applied in entrepreneurial activity. For example the issue of discipline, proven many employees who violate the rules. Second, in an effort to achieve business success, entrepreneurs PT. Jatinom Indah Agri in Blitar is not to despair in the work / barokah / able to grateful / work the right process and surender to God. According to Muslim Entrepreneurs PT. Jatinom Indah Agri success of a business comes from confidience the other people, and the business run as much as possible can benefit all people and financial / material will follow it self. The researcher suggested to Muslim Entrepreneur PT. Jatinom Indah Agri first, to emphasize more discipline to employees khsusnya in work and worship. Second, To be more careful in building work on business relation. Thirdly, In order to remain consistent in building, maintaining business with the rules of Islamic principles. Finally, the researchers realized that this research is still very far from perfect and requires more in depth studies, both case studies and literature. Hopefully the research is beneficial for researchers in particular, the general reader as well as the further researchers who want to develop this research. And hopefully with this study, may encourage the PT. Jatinom Indah Agri to further develop and advance in the business world.
