ABSTRACT Tamanara Corporation is one of the shoemaker company. The kind of shoe they make are wedges , high heels , and flat. They only produce the shoe based on order, it means the schedule of the shoe making process is not on a regular basis. The process were sorted out based on a production schedule as well known as the FCFS priority (First Come First Serve). The timing result of the production process with FCFS is 4982.01 minutes. The scheduling production process proposed by the method of this research is CDS (cambell cds , dudek , and smith). If the CDS method were implemented in Tamanara corp, the order should be, flat, wedges , wedges , wedges , wedges , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels , high heels. Based on the order of the production process shows the time of as much as 4912.28 minutes. The using of CDS method on the scheduled production process in Tamanara corp shows a quicker significant result of time (69.73 minutes) Keywords: Scheduling, CDS method, FCFS method.

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Tamanara adalah perusahaan yang menghasilkan sepatu. Jenis sepatu yang dihasilkan adalah Wedges, High heels, dan flat. Proses pembuatan sepatu yang dilakukan perusahaan Tamanara di dasarkan pada pesanan, sehingga penjadwalan proses produksinya tidak menentu (berdasarkan urutan kedatangan pesanan). Pengerjaan berdasarkan urutan pesanan lebih dikenal dengan istilah penjadwalan proses produksi berdasarkan aturan prioritas FCFS (First Come First Serve). Hasil perhitungan waktu proses produksi dengan FCFS sebesar 4982.01 menit. Penjadwalan proses produksi yang diusulkan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan metode CDS (Cambell, dudek, and smith). Apabila metode CDS dilaksanakan perusahaan Tamanara maka urutan pengerjaan yang harus dilakukan adalah Flat, Wedges, Wedges, Wedges, Wedges, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels, High heels. Berdasarkan urutan proses produksi menunjukkan waktu sebesar 4912.28 menit.
