Puji dan syukur penulis ucapkan kepada Allah SWT yang telah menjadi sumber kekuatan, inspirasi dan ridhaNya selama berlangsungnya pengerjaan tugas akhir ini.
Tugas akhir ini mengambil judul: Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan Serdang Bedagai. Tugas akhir ini merupakan syarat yang diwajibkan bagi mahasiswa untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana Teknik.
