Notice and Final Terms (Public offering) On the basis of the resolutions 38/2005. (27. June) and No. 46/2005. (08. September) of the Board of Directors of the FHB Land- Credit- and Mortgage Bank Ltd., (number and date of the incorporation: 01-10-043638, 18.03.1998, head office: H-1132 Budapest, Váci út 20.) (hereinafter: „Issuer”, „FHB Ltd.” or “Bank”) the Issuer shall launch the HUF 200 billion 2005-2006 Issue Program. Under the auspices of the Issue Program FHB Ltd. will issue different registered type Covered Mortgage Bond and Corporate Bond series and taps and initiate the listing of the series and taps on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE). As there is no collective responsibility between the Issuer and the Managers, the different series of securities issued on the basis of the Base Prospectus mentioned above have non standard risk. The FHB Ltd. will publish the Base Prospectus on the own and on the BSE’s homepages, in printed form it is available on the head office of the Issuer, and on the points of sales. The number and date of the license granted by the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (HFSA) to the disclosure of this Notice and the Base Prospectus of the HUF 200 billion 2005-2006 Issue Program of the FHB Ltd.: E-III./10.330/2005. 05.
