Pd, (2) Fajar Kartika, SS,M.Hum Keywords:Teacher and Students Talk, Micro Teaching Students, Turn Talking Teacher talk is examined as part of classroom talk and interactions in relation to classroom activities. The success of learning depends to a large extent on the way teachers talk and interactionsthat occur between teachers and students. The main statement of the problem leads to one grand objective of the research too, namely to find out the move distribution of teacher and student in the learning process in Micro Teaching class of EED Muria Kudus University. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data of this research are utterances containing teacher and students talk which are used by micro teaching students, while the data source is taken from transcription of video recording of learning process by micro teaching students. Fiveperiods of lessons and teachers’ classroom talk in micro teaching class is recorded, transcribed then analyzed. After analyzing the data, the writer found the moves distribution of teacher and students talk in micro teaching class by sixth semester students of English Education Department Muria Kudus University 2012/2013 in five periods of learning process, there are 107 teachers’ initiation, 2 Teachers’ responses and 178 teacher’s feedback and there are 20 students’ initiation, 279 students’ responses and 9 students’ feedback.After analyzing and also calculating the data, it is obtained that micro teaching students are more dominated in initiating and giving feedback than students initiating thetalk, even contrast and students also responsible in responding the teacher’sinitiation. Micro teaching students, they have the chance to apply and develop theircurrent knowledge and experience in the classroom under the guidance of the supervisor.For this reason, they have the opportunity to remedy their deficiencies as a result of receiving ontimefeedback from experienced instructors. Such feedback should be constructive, aiming to improvestudent teachers professionally.

Keberhasilan pembelajaran tergantung pada seberapa luas caraguru bicara dan interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa. Pernyataanutama yang mengarah kesalah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui move distribusidari guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas Mikro teaching pendidikan bahasa inggris UniversitasMuria Kudus. Desain dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah pembicaraan guru dan siswa dalam kelas micro teaching, sedangkan sumber data diambil dari transkripsi rekaman video proses belajar oleh mahasiswa micro teaching. Lima periode pelajarandan 5 pembicaraan guru di kelas micro teaching dicatat, ditulis dan di analisa. Setelah menganalisa data, penulis menemukan move distribusi dari pembicaraan guru dan siswa dalam kelas micro teaching jurusan pendidikan bahasa inggris universitas Muria Kudus tahun ajaran 2012/2013 pada lima periode dalam proses pembelajaran, terdapat 107 inisiasi guru, 2 respon guru dan 178 umpan balik dari guru. Juga 20 inisiasi dari siswa, 279 repon siswa dan 9 umpan balik dari siswa. Setelah menganalisa dan juga menghitung data, diperoleh bahwa siswa micro teaching lebih mendominasi dalam memulai dan memberikan umpanbalik dari pada siswa yang memulai pembicaraan, padahal siswa juga bertanggung jawab dalam merespon inisiasi guru. Siswa micro teaching, mereka memiliki kesempatan untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan pengetahuan mereka saat ini dan pengalaman di kelas di bawah bimbingan supervisor. Untuk alasan ini, mereka memiliki kesempatan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan mereka sebagai hasil dari menerima feedback langsung dari instruktur yang berpengalaman. Umpan balikt ersebut harus konstruktif, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan professional siswa dalam menjadi guru.
