AIM This procedure will act as a guide to related party(s) about how to emendate students’ grade.

II. SCOPE Scope of this procedure covers entire students of Medical Faculty of Hasanuddin University. III. REFERENCE 3.1.

Decision of Hasanuddin University’s Rector Number 1870/H4/P/2009 about Academic Regulation in Hasanuddin University.

Quality Manual of Hasanuddin University.

IV. DEFINITION 4.1

Grade Emendation is a process re-grading of study subject that is having transformation study subject’s grade include grade T because academic assignment that must been completed by students in time.

V. GENERAL TERMS 5.1

Time limit of related grade is the end of the respective semester, after the next semester begin and students have not complete the assignment then grade T will automatically change to grade E.

VI. PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION 1. Quality Procedure of Grading Emendation 6.1

Students that will have a grading emendation will change the grade first by reporting to the lecturer.

6.2

Lecturer give directions related to the unfinished assignment

6.3

Then students will finish the academic assignment and report to the lecturer and complete grade emendation form.

Lecturer will give grade to student’s academic assignment and report the grade in the grade emendation form by fill the previous grade and the recent grade

Then lecturer and Head of Major will sign the grade emendation form

6.6

Then students will forward the grade emendation form along with the attachment(s) to Sub division of academic.

6.7

Sub division of academic will verified the grade according to academic rules, if this step is done Chief of Sub division of academic will sign and forward to Vice Dean I to be signed.

Sub division of academic will send the document of grade emendation along with the attachment to Rektorat to be showed to Academic Administration Bureau.
