PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN SISWA PADA SMA BUDHAYA II SANTO AGUSTINUS

ABSTRAK
TUJUAN PENELITIAN ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem pendataan siswa untuk administrasi dan bendahara pada SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus dengan mengidentifikasi masalah serta membangun sebuah sistem informasi sesuai kebutuhan. METODE ANALISIS dilakukan dengan survei pada layanan administrasi dan bendahara serta mengidentifikasi terhadap kebutuhan informasi. METODE PERANCANGAN yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data yang tediri dari observasi dan wawancara. Metode perancangan sistem yang berorientasi (OOAD) dilakukan dengan merancang model sistem yang diusulkan. HASIL YANG DICAPAI adalah adanya perancangan sistem informasi layanan pendataan secara efektif dan disertai perancangan laporan – laporan yang diharapkan membantu pihak kepala sekolah dan yayasan dalam mengambil keputusan. SIMPULAN dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus memerlukan suatu sistem informasi yang diharapkan membantu menyelesaikan masalah dalam pendataan siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap siswa dan kepala sekolah yang berupa laporan-laporan untuk perbaikan dan pengambilan keputusan.

1. Pendahuluan Dalam era globalisasi pemakaian komputer dalam kehidupan manusia sangat meluas dan memasyarakat, tidak hanya terbatas pada lingkungan kerja, tetapi juga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, semakin pesat pula perkembangan komputer saat ini, baik perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak.
Pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara manual membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang sangat banyak, sehingga bila berhubungan dengan pengolahan data yang komplek dan besar kurang efisien. Dan yang lebih penting efektifitas kerja rendah, karena membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang banyak. Administrasi database adalah fungsi manajemen sumber daya data yang mencakup tanggung jawab untuk pengembangan dan pemeliharaan kamus data organisasi, mendesain, dan memonitor kinerja database, dan menegakkan standar untuk penggunaan dan keamanan database. Menurut Bhattacharjee, A.K., and Shyamasundar, R.K. (Activity Diagram : A Formal Framework to Model Business Processes and Code Generation, vol 8. No. 1, 2009)“Activity diagrams are used to model sequence of actions as part of the process flow.” yang berarti Activity diagram digunakan untuk model urutan tindakan sebagai bagian dari aliran proses. Agar penelitian dapat lebih terarah, maka kami membatasi penelitian pada : 1) Prosedur penerimaan siswa baru. 2) Prosedur pendataan ujian saringan masuk. 3) Prosedur pembayaran uang masuk. 4) Prosedur pendataan siswa baru. 5) Prosedur penghitungan pembayaran SPP. 6) Prosedur perhitungan pembayaran Uang Pangkal. 7) Prosedur perhitungan pembayaran perlengkapan. 8) Prosedur pendataan evaluasi siswa. 9) Prosedur penyusunan laporan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas maka kelompok kami berminat mengangkat judul skripsi kami, yaitu ”PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN SISWA PADA SMA BUDHAYA II SANTO AGUSTINUS ”.
2. Landasan Teori Menurut Jones & Rama (2006, p5), Sistem Informasi Akuntansi adalah “A subsystem of an MIS (Management Information System) that provides accounting and financial information, as well as other information obtained in the routine processing and accounting transactions”. Yang diterjemahkan menjadi “Subsistem dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang menyediakan informasi keuangan dan akuntansi seperti informasi lainnya yang didapat dari kegiatan rutin transaksi akuntansi”.
Menurut Whitten, Bentley & Dittman (2004, p12): “Information system is an arrangement of people, data, processes, and information technology interact to collect, process, store and provide as output the information needed to support an organization”. Yang berarti pengaturan sistem informasi dari orang, data, proses, dan teknologi informasi berinteraksi untuk mengumpulkan, proses, menyimpan dan menyediakan sebagai output informasi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung organisasi. Menurut Gammack, Hobbs, & Pigott (2006, p120), “Rich Pictures are a very flexible technique for diagramming problem situations and elicited knowledge or attitutes, to express and represent the situation in which problem is perceived and eventually an information system may be relevant in that situation.” yang berarti teknik yang sangat fleksibel untuk membuat diagram situasi masalah dan menimbulkan pengetahuan atau attitutes, untuk mengekspresikan dan mewakili situasi di mana masalah yang dirasakan dan akhirnya sistem informasi mungkin relevan dalam situasi itu. Menurut Shelly & Rosenblatt (2012, p250), “Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a widely used method of visualizing and documenting an information system. In this chapter,you use the UML to develop object models” yang berarti metode yang banyak digunakan untuk

mendokumentasikan perangkat lunak dalam
mendesain sistem. Menurut Jones dan Rama (2006, p65) dalam menyiapkan overview activity diagram terdapat langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : a. Membaca narasi dan mengidentifikasi event-event yang penting. b. Mencatat narasi secara jelas untuk mengidentifikasi event-event yang terlibat di dalamnya. c. Menggambarkan agent (aktor) yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis yang terjadi. d. Membuat diagram masing-masing event dan menunjukkan urutan event yang terjadi. e. Menggambarkan dokumen yang dibuat dan digunakan dalam proses bisnis, serta menggambarkan aliran informasi dari dokumen tersebut. f. Menggambarkan table files yang dibuat dan digunakan dalam proses bisnis, serta menggambarkan aliran informasi dari files tersebut.
Menurut Jones & Rama (2006, p80) dalam menyiapkan detailed activity diagram terdapat langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: a. Mencatat narasi untuk menunjukkan aktivitas. b. Menyiapkan workflow table. c. Mengidentifikasi detailed diagram yang dibutuhkan. d. Untuk setiap detailed diagram dibuat dengan mengikuti langkah – langkah yang mendetail. Menurut Satzinger, Jackson & Burd ( 2009, p141 ), “Workflow Table is a sequence of steps to process a business transaction” yang berarti urutan langkah-langkah untuk memproses transaksi bisnis. Menurut Jones & Rama (2006,p60), “UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a language used for specifying, visualizing, constructing,and documenting an information system”. Yang dapat diartikan sebagai berikut (UML) Unified Modeling Language merupakan sebuah bahasa yang digunakan untuk menspesifikasikan, memvisualisasikan, membangun dan mendokumentasikan sebuah sistem informasi. UML digunakan sebagai tool dalam OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design), Namun dapat juga digunakan untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan suatu sistem informasi. Menurut Shelly & Rosenblatt (2012, p151), Use Case Diagram adalah Representasi visual yang mewakili interaksi antara pengguna dan sistem informasi dalam UML. Berdasarkan pendapat Mathiassen et al ( 2000, p120 ), Notasi-notasi atau simbol yang digunakan dalam Use Case Diagram : a. Usecase Use Case adalah suatu pola yang menggambarkan interaksi antara sistem dengan actor pada suatu sistem. b. Actor Actor adalah penggambaran seorang pengguna (user) atau sistem lain yang berhubungan dengan suatu sistem.
c. Association asosiasi adalah garis komunikasi actor dengan usecase yang berpartisipasi di dalamnya. d. System boundary Batasan sistem dimana usecase dieksekusi. Menurut Connolly dan Begg (2005, p291): "Database design is the process of creating a design that will support the enterprise's mission statement and mission objectives for the required database system". Yang berarti bahwa Perancangan Database adalah proses menciptakan rancangan yang akan mendukung pernyataan misi perusahaan dan tujuan misi untuk sistem database yang diperlukan. Perancangan basis data dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama, yaitu Conceptual Database Design, Logical Database Design dan Physical Database Design. a. Conceptual Database Design Conceptual Database Design adalah proses membangun model data dari informasi yang diperoleh dalam sebuah organisasi, tetapi bebas dari semua pertimbangan fisik. b. Logical Database Design Logical Database Design adalah proses membangun sebuah model dari informasi yang diperoleh dari sebuah organisasi berdasarkan model data khusus, tetapi bebas dari halaman yang berkaitan dengan DBMS dan pertimbangan fisik lainnya. c. Physical Database Design Physical Database Design merupakan tahap ketiga dan terakhir dari proses perancangan basis data. Dimana perancang memutuskan bagaimana basis data tersebut diimplementasikan. Secara garis besar, tujuan utama dari Physical Database Design adalah untuk mengimplementasikan secara fisik dari Logical Database Design. Menurut Shelly dan Rosenblatt ( 2012, p402 ), “primary key is a field or combination of fields that uniquely and minimally identifies a particular member of an entity” yang berarti bidang atau kombinasi dari bidang yang unik dan minimal mengidentifikasi anggota tertentu dari suatu entitas.
Menurut Satzinger, Jackson dan Burd ( 2009, p491 ), “foreign key a field value stored in one relational database table that also exists as a primary key value in another relational database table” yang berarti nilai bidang disimpan dalam satu tabel database relasional yang juga ada sebagai nilai kunci utama dalam tabel lain database relasional. Menurut Jones & Rama (2006, p165), hubungan dalam Class Diagram dibagi menjadi tiga hubungan antar Class Diagram yaitu: a. One to one b. One to many / many to one c. Many to Many Menurut Shelly, Chasman, & Vermaat ( 2008 , p458 ), Structured Query Language (SQL) adalah bahasa query yang memungkinkan kita untuk mengelola, memperbaharui, dan mencari data. Ada 3 tahapan Structured Query Language, yaitu Integrasi, Analisis dan Laporan. Menurut Mulyadi (2001, p78): Formulir sangat penting artinya untuk suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dimana formulir bermanfaat untuk: a. Menetapkan tanggung jawab timbulnya transaksi bisnis perusahaan. b. Merekam data transaksi bisnis perusahaan. c. Mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan dengan cara menyatakan semua kejadian dalam bentuk tulisan. d. Menyampaikan informasi pokok dari satu orang ke orang lain di dalam organisasi yang sama atau ke organisasi lain. Ada tiga jenis Input form, yaitu Single-Record Entry Forms, Tabluar Entry Forms, Multi-Table Forms. Menurut Jones & Rama (2003, p268-270), ada 5 (lima) elemen penting dari form: a. Attributes recorded in table (attribute yang disimpan dalam table) b. Attributes displayed from table (attribute yang ditampilkan dari table)
c. Calculated field (fields yang dihitung) d. Foreign Key e. Queries Menurut Jones & Rama (2006, p271): “Form interface elements are objects on form used for entering information of performing actions. All aspect the form are controlled by the interface elements. Some of these objects provide opportunity to improve internal control over data entry”. Artinya formulir elemen antarmuka merupakan objek pada formulir yang digunakan untuk memasukkan informasi dari melakukan tindakan. Aspek Semua formulir dikendalikan oleh tampilan elemen. Beberapa objek memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian internal atas entri data. Elemen Rancangan Layar terdiri dari Text Boxes, Labels, Look-up Feature, Command Buttons, Radio Buttons, Check Boxes. Menurut Jones & Rama (2006, p220-225), tipe-tipe laporan terdiri dari: 1. Simple List 2. Grouped Event Detail Reports 3. Grouped Event Summary Reports 4. Single Event Reports Elemen rancangan Laporan terdiri dari: a. Label boxes dan text boxes. b. Grouping attribute. c. Group Header. d. Group Detail. e. Grouped Footer Menurut Satzinger, Jackson & Burd (2009, p504), navigation diagram adalah proses mengeluarkan sebuah objek pengenal dari satu objek dan menggunakannya untuk akses objek lain.
3. Metodologi dan Rencana Implementasi Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini kelompok kami menggunakan metode-metode sebagai berikut: 1. Studi kepustakaan Dalam metode ini, kami mengumpulkan informasi dan teori-teori dengan membaca buku yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian dan yang berguna bagi penulisan skripsi ini. 2. Studi Lapangan Dalam studi ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu: a. Observasi Dalam observasi ini kelompok kami mendatangi SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus untuk mengetahui proses layanan Administrasi dan Bendahara sekolah yang berjalan di SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus sehingga kami dapat mengetahui kelemahan apa yang dihadapi. b. Wawancara Dalam hal ini, kelompok kami melakukan wawancara kepada Yayasan yang berkepentingan sesuai dengan topik penulisan skripsi kami. 3. Metode Analisis Metode pada proses analisa yang dilakukan dalam penulisan proposal ini dilakukan dengan: a. Survei pada sistem layanan Administrasi dan Bendahara sekolah yang sedang berjalan. b. Analisis terhadap sistem layanan Administrasi dan Bendahara sekolah yang sedang berjalan. c. Identifikasi terhadap kebutuhan informasi.
4. Metode Perancangan Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem yang baru adalah dengan menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) yang terdiri dari : a. UML Activity Diagram b. UML Class Diagram c. UML Use Case Diagram d. Rancangan Database e. Rancangan Formulir f. Rancangan Layar g. Rancangan Laporan h. Navigation Diagram i. Matriks perencanaan penerapan sistem

4. Masalah dan Solusi Masalah yang dihadapi pada sistem yang berjalan adalah: 1. Sering terjadi kehilangan data siswa yang diperlukan. 2. Belum adanya laporan tunggakan pembayaran SPP dan Uang Pangkal. 3. Belum adanya Laporan Mutasi Siswa 4. Belum adanya database Buku dan Seragam Solusi permasalahan yang kami temukan adalah: 1. Membuat database siswa (Ms_Siswa) dan juga membuat back-up datanya. 2. Membuat Tr_SPP (Transaksi SPP), Tr_UP (Transaksi Uang Pangkal) untuk menyimpan data siswa ke dalam table atau file dan membuat Surat Teguran. 3. Membuat Laporan Mutasi Siswa yang melakukan perpindahan (masuk atau keluar) sekolah. 4. Membuat database transaksi penjualan buku dan seragam (Tr_BPS dan Tr_BPB) dan database buku dan seragam (Ms_Buku dan Ms_Seragam).

6. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengembangan sistem informasi pelayanan siswa pada SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus yang telah kami sampaikan pada bab-bab sebelumnya, maka kelompok kami menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1.
SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus adalah sekolah yang berada di bawah Yayasan Santo
Agustinus yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, maka sekolah SMA Budhaya II Santo Agustinus ini membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu memudahkan proses pelayanan dan pendataan oleh Administrasi dan Bendahara untuk : a. Calon Siswa, seperti: 1. Mendaftar, 2. Mengikuti ujian penerimaan siswa, 3. Penerimaan siswa baru, 4. Pendataan mutasi masuk, hingga 5. Penjualan buku dan seragam b. Siswa yang aktif, seperti: 1. Pendataan nilai, 2. Pembayaran SPP dan Uang Pangkal, serta 3. Pendataan mutasi keluar. 2.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan kelompok kami bahwa pada sistem yang sedang
berjalan, sekolah memiliki sebuah sistem komputer yang bersifat semi-manual. Semua aktivitas hampir dilakukan secara manual karena komputer hanya digunakan untuk membuat laporan yang template nya dari Ms.Excel seperti Laporan Evaluasi Siswa, Laporan Pembayaran SPP, Laporan Pembayaran Uang Pangkal, Laporan Penjualan Buku, Laporan Penjualan Seragam serta Laporan Penjualan Formulir Pendaftaran sehingga sekolah mengalami kesulitan dalam pencarian data pada saat periode tahun ajaran berlangsung, penumpukan arsip serta merugikan pihak sekolah secara materi karena mengeluarkan biaya
yang sangat besar secara berkala. Selain itu, operasional yang secara manual tanpa database memungkinkan terjadinya resiko kesalahan input dan data yang berulang yang dapat disebabkan karena user belum terbiasa untuk menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. 3.
Sistem yang dirancang merupakan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dibuat untuk
mengatasi masalah-masalah serta kekurangan yang terjadi pada saat segala kegiatan administrasi dan pendataan siswa dikerjakan secara semi-manual. Masalah-masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membuat sebuah sistem yang dilengkapi dengan database yang berguna untuk : a. mempermudah proses input serta pencarian data b. memudahkan kegiatan operasional sekolah mulai dari penerimaan siswa baru, pembayaran SPP dan Uang Pangkal serta pembelajaran siswa. c. menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak sekolah seperti Laporan Pendaftaran Siswa Baru, Laporan Evaluasi Siswa, Laporan Pembayaran Uang Pangkal, Laporan Pembayaran SPP, Laporan Tunggakan Uang Pangkal, Laporan Tunggakan SPP, Laporan Penjualan Perlengkapan, Laporan Mutasi Penerimaan Siswa, Laporan Mutasi Pengeluaran Siswa, serta Laporan Surat Keterangan Kelulusan yang menjadi hambatan saat masih menggunakan metode manual.

STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO SAINT AGUSTINUS BUDHAYA II HIGH SCHOOL

ABSTRACT
RESEARCH GOAL is to analyze student data collection system for administration and treasurer at St. Augustine High School Budhaya II to identify problems and to build an information system as needed. ANALYSIS METHOD survey conducted by the administrative services and treasurer as well as identifying the need for information. DESIGN METHOD is the method of data collection that consists of observations and interviews. Method-oriented system design (OOAD) is done by designing a model of the proposed system. RESULTS ACHIEVED is the design of the data collection system of information services effectively and with the design of the report - a report that is expected to assist the principals and foundations in making decisions. CONCLUSION of this research is that of St. Augustine High School Budhaya II requires an information system that is expected to help solve the problems in data collection so that students can improve the quality of service to students and principals in the form of reports and decision-making for improvement.

1. Introduction In the era of globalization, the use of computers in human life is very widespread and popular in the community, not just limited to the workplace, but also in everyday life. As the technology advances, the more rapid development of today's computers anyway, both hardware and software. Data processing is done manually which takes time and effort very much, so when dealing with complex data processing and large less efficient. And more importantly the low effectiveness of the work, because it takes a lot of time and energy.
Database administration is a data resource management function that includes responsibility for the development and maintenance of an organization's data dictionary, designing, and monitor database performance, and enforce standards for the use and security of the database. According to Bhattacharjee, A.K., and Shyamasundar, R.K. (Activity Diagram : A Formal Framework to Model Business Processes and Code Generation, vol 8. No. 1, 2009), Activity diagrams are used to model sequence of actions as part of the process flow. That research can be more targeted, then we limit the study to: 1) The procedure for new students. 2) data collection procedure entrance examination. 3) The procedure for payment of the money goes. 4) a new student data collection procedures. 5) The procedure for the calculation of tuition payments. 6) The procedure for the calculation of the Initial Payment. 7) The procedure for the calculation of the payment made. 8) student evaluation data collection procedures. 9) The procedure for the preparation of the report. Based on the above the group we are interested in lifting our thesis title, namely "STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IN SAINT AGUSTINUS BUDHAYA II HIGH SCHOOL".
2. Theories According to Jones & Rama (2006, p5), Accounting Information System is a subsystem of an MIS (Management Information System) that provides accounting and financial information, as well as other information obtained in the routine processing and accounting transactions. According to Whitten, Bentley & Dittman (2004, p12): Information system is an arrangement of people, data, processes, and information technology interact to collect, process, store and provide as output the information needed to support an organization. According to Gammack, Hobbs, & Pigott (2006, p120), Rich Pictures are a very flexible technique for diagramming problem situations and elicited knowledge or attitutes, to express and represent the situation in which problem is perceived and eventually an information system may be relevant in that situation.
According to Shelly & Rosenblatt (2012, p250), Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a widely used method of visualizing and documenting an information system. In this chapter,you use the UML to develop object models. According to Jones dan Rama (2006, p65), in order to prepare an overview activity diagram, there are some steps to be required, such as : a. Reading the narration and identifiying the important events. b. Writing the narration clearly to identify the required events. c. Drawing the required agent (actor) in a happening process business. d. Creating a diagram for each event and showing the sorted happening events. e. Drawing a created document and used in a process business, along with the flow of information from the document. f. Drawing created table files and used in a process business, along with the flow of information from the files. According to Jones & Rama (2006, p80), in order to prepare detailed activity diagram, there are some steps required, such as: a. Writing narrations to show the activities b. Preparing a workflow table. c. Identifiying the required detailed diagram. d. For each detailed diagram, it is made by following the detailed steps. According to Satzinger, Jackson & Burd ( 2009, p141 ), Workflow Table is a sequence of steps to process a business transaction. According to Jones & Rama (2006,p60), UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a language used for specifying, visualizing, constructing,and documenting an information system. Can be used as a tool of OOAD. However, it can also be used to explain and draw an information system.
According to Shelly & Rosenblatt (2012, p151), Use Case Diagram is a representation visual that interacts between user and an information system within UML. According to Mathiassen et al discussions ( 2000, p120 ), Notations or symbols that can be used in Use Case Diagram are: a. Usecase, is an object used for drawing an interaction between a system and an actor in a system. b. Actor, is a figure of a user or other system that is bound with a system. c. Association is a line of communication between the participated actor and the usecase. d. System boundary, is a boundary system where the usecase is executed. According to Connolly dan Begg (2005, p291): Database design is the process of creating a design that will support the enterprise's mission statement and mission objectives for the required database system. A Database design is consisted of three main steps, there are Conceptual Database Design, Logical Database Design dan Physical Database Design. a. Conceptual Database Design Conceptual Database Design is the process of building a data model of the information obtained in an organization, but free from all physical considerations. b. Logical Database Design Logical Database Design is the process of building a model of the information obtained from an organization based on specific data model, but independent of the pages relating to the DBMS and other physical considerations. c. Physical Database Design Physical Database Design is the third and final stage of the database design process. Where the designer decides how the database is implemented. Broadly speaking, the main purpose of the Physical Database Design is to implement physically from Logical Database Design.According to Shelly dan Rosenblatt ( 2012, p402 ), primary key is a field or combination of fields that uniquely and minimally identifies a particular member of an entity.
According to Satzinger, Jackson dan Burd ( 2009, p491 ), foreign key a field value stored in one relational database table that also exists as a primary key value in another relational database table. According to Jones & Rama (2006, p165), the relationship in a Class Diagram is divided by three main relationships of Class Diagram, such as: a. One to one b. One to many / many to one c. Many to Many According to Shelly, Chasman, & Vermaat ( 2008 , p458 ), Structured Query Language (SQL) is a query language that allows us to manage, update, and search the data There are three main steps of Structured Query Language, such as Integration, Analysis and Report. According to Mulyadi (2001, p78), Form is a very important for an organization or company where useful form to: a. Assign responsibility for the company's business transactions onset. b. Business transaction data recording company. c. Reduce the possibility of error by stating all the events in writing. d. Convey basic information from one person to another within the same organization or to another organization. There are three kinds of Input forms, such as Single-Record Entry Forms, Tabluar Entry Forms, Multi-Table Forms. According to Jones & Rama (2003, p268-270), there are five important elements in forms, such as: a. Attributes recorded in table b. Attributes displayed from table c. Calculated field d. Foreign Key e. Queries
According to Jones & Rama (2006, p271), Form interface elements are objects on form used for entering information of performing actions. All aspect the form are controlled by the interface elements. Some of these objects provide opportunity to improve internal control over data entry. The User Interface Elements consists of Text Boxes, Labels, Look-up Feature, Command Buttons, Radio Buttons, Check Boxes. According to Jones & Rama (2006, p220-225), the types of Report consist of: 1. Simple List 2. Grouped Event Detail Reports 3. Grouped Event Summary Reports 4. Single Event Reports Report Layout elements consist of: a. Label boxes dan text boxes. b. Grouping attribute. c. Group Header. d. Group Detail. e. Grouped Footer According to Satzinger, Jackson & Burd (2009, p504), navigation diagram is a process to create a familiar object from an object and using it to access to another object.
3. Methods and Implementation Planning In the preparation of this paper we use the group the following methods: 1. Literature study In this method, we gather information and theories by reading books related to topics that are useful for the research and writing of this thesis.
2. Field Study In this study, divided into two, namely: a. observation In this observation of our group went to St. Augustine High School Budhaya II to determine the administrative services and treasurer in high school running Budhaya II St. Augustine so we can know what the weaknesses faced. b. interview In this regard, our group conducted interviews with an interest to the Foundation in accordance with our thesis topic. 3. method of Analysis Method in the analysis carried out in the writing of this proposal is done by: a. Survey on system administration services and ongoing school treasurer. b. Analysis of the system administrative services and treasurer who is running the school. c. Identification of information needs. 4. The design method The method used in designing the new system is by using Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) consisting of: a. UML Activity Diagrams b. 4. Problems and Solutions Problems encountered in a running system are: 1. It often happens that students needed data loss. 2. Pending the availability of reports of payment arrears and Money Base SPP. 3. Pending the availability of mutations Student Report 4. Pending the availability of books and uniform database Solutions to problems we encountered were: 1. Making a database of students (Ms_Siswa) and also create a back-up data. 2. Make Tr_SPP (Transaction SPP), Tr_UP (Money Transaction Base) to store student data into the table or file and make the Letter of Reprimand. 3. Mutations Reporting Students who do move (in or out) of school. 4. Create a database of books and uniform sales transactions (Tr_BPS and Tr_BPB) and databases books and uniforms (Ms_Buku and Ms_Seragam).

6. Conclusion Based on the analysis and development of information systems student services at St. Agustinus Budhaya II High School, we have stated in previous chapters, the group we draw the following conclusion: 1.
St. Agustinus Budhaya II High School is a school that is under the St. Agustinus Foundation engaged in education. Along with the development of technology, the school of St. Agustinus Budhaya II High School requires an information system that can help facilitate the process of data collection by the service and Administration and Treasurer for: a. Prospective students, such as: 1. sign up, 2. Admissions exams, 3. New admissions, 4. Documenting mutations in, until 5. Sales of books and uniforms b. Students who are active, such as: 1. Documenting the value, 2. SPP and the Initial Payment, and 3. Documenting mutation out.

Based on research by our group that the current system, the school has a computer system that is semi-manual. Almost all activities performed manually because the computer is only used to create a report that his template of Ms.Excel as Student Evaluation Report, Fee Payment Report, Report of the Initial Payment, Book Sales Reports, Sales Reports and Sales Reports Uniform Registration Form so that schools have difficulty in search of data during the period of the school year progresses, accumulation of archives as well as materially detrimental to the school because the cost is very large at regular intervals. In addition, the operational database manually without allowing the risk of input errors and repetitive data that can be caused by users not accustomed to using a computerized system.

The planned system is a computerized system that is made to overcome the problems and pitfalls that occur at the time of the administration and logging activities students worked in a semi-manual. These problems can be overcome by making a system that comes with a database that is useful for:
a. Simplify the process of data input and search b. Facilitate the operational activities of the school from receiving new students, and the Money Base SPP payments and student learning. c. Produce reports required by the school such as New Student Enrollment Report, Student Evaluation Report, Report Money Payment Base, SPP Payments Report, Report of Base Money Arrears, Arrears Report SPP, Supplies Sales Report, Report of Student Acceptance of mutations, mutation Report Student Production , as well as a Certificate of Approval Report an obstacle while still using manual methods.
