In this decade, it is clearly visible now that most of the author's book in particular picture book is not paying attention to elements of design. They just put the original text and images and will affect readers interpret something different. Especially for young readers they are still seeking a reality and still doesn’t have enough knowledge which is right is wrong. For example, in the book "BukuPintarSejarahDuniauntukAnak" images contained in the book are sometimes incompatible with the text. In addition these images are not given captions that readers can read and understand the information conveyed by images easily. Writing this work piece contains study library. In addition data obtained and presented in a descriptive and accompanied by supporting theories relating to issues that are examined. The writing Scientific aims is to redesign, and to make the book to be more valuable and useful by changing the visual presentation and gives an additional information such as captions so that the readers can better understand the meaning of the text that describes the image in the book.
