Check the motor terminal board (possible problems due to chemical residues, like grease, which may cause a short-circuit or a bad contact).

- Clean the motor terminal board and the wiring on the side of the motor from eventual chemical residues.

- Replace the main board

Check the efficiency of the connector J8 on the board and on NTC.

- Clean the contacts of connector J8 and tighten the connector.

Check NTC (the value of resistance is 20 Kohm at a temperature of 20 °C)

- Replace NTC.

Warm the NTC rubbing it, check if resistance value lowers.

- Replace NTC.

Check continuity of wiring J8 pin 11 and 12.

- Replace wiring.


REMARK. This fault may occur when the EEPROM is faulty of not programmed. After having checked all, replace the EEPROM if the fault occurs again.

Empty pressure switch + overflow simultaneously. If a pressure switch contact is blocked on empty position, the wm fills with water up to reach the overflow. The overflow contact automatically puts in operation the drain pump.

Check the efficiency of the board connector J3 and pressure switch. Check if there are eventual damages on the wiring of the connector J3 to the pressure switch. Check the state of the pressure switch; check continuity between pin 2 and 4 of J3 (empty tank) and between pin 1 and 2 of J3 (overflow).

- Clean drain pump filter.

Check the efficiency of the contacts J9/ J15 on the board and drain pump contacts (J9 in machines with a traditional door lock and J15 in machines with Easy door). Check continuity of cables. In machines with a traditional door lock, verify if the voltage on J9 pin 8 and 9 is 220V. In machines with Easy door, verify if the voltage on J15 pin 1 and 2 is 220V (board side).

- Clean connectors

- Inform the user about the problem.

- Replace wiring - Replace the main board.

- Replace the pump.

Check the efficiency of the connectors J3 on the board side and pressure switch side. Check wiring continuity. Check the state of the pressure switch: continuity on J3 pin 2 and 4 when the tank is empty, continuity on J3 pin 2 and 3 when the tank is full of water (normal levels) and continuity on J3 pin 1 and 2 when the machine signals Overflow.


- Dry the board with a hair-drier (test the machine). - Tighten and clean terminals. - Replace wiring. - Replace the pressure switch.

REMARK: Verify if the flow of water is a normal one, if it is reduced, the passage of the pressure switch from empty to full position may last more than 8 milliseconds, such a condition may cause a fault.
