READ HERE! Important information We were lucky and happy to plan this extra race, but.. Our race week is scheduled between two very busy ski racing weekends. At Monday the 4th of November 2013 the race- and trainings slope will be closed for repair and grooming. That day NO training is possible. Arrival is possible from Sunday 3rd of November, but you can only free ride without gates on Monday. Official training is on Tuesday and Wednesday. Departure is on Friday because of the skiraceweekend afterwards, the skiers all arrive on Friday! If you do NOT stay in the SnowWorld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 30 EUR per person per race day or training day extra for the pisteprogram!
Program / Schedule Arrival Monday Nov 4th, check in at 16.00 Training day 1 Tuesday Nov 5th Training day 2 Wednesday Nov 6th FIS PSL 1 Thursday 7th Departure and FIS PSL 2 Friday 8th (early race as possible!) Again, only departure possible on Friday 8th. I will organize the race as early as possible for easy travelling afterwards! The hotel will be full because of ski championships next day. I have some suggestions, drive 5 hrs after the race to a F1 hotel halfway for example or drive all the way home with two drivers, which should be good with earlier finish. Please note that we have a late checkout option (16.00!) on Friday thanks to Landgraaf Hotel!

Official training The training on both Tuesday and Wednesday will be in different slots, I will divide the courses. We have enough room, so you can do 2 trainings a day. If you want to have a certain time and spot, please send an extra email to

Entries and hotel reservations INTERNATIONAL TEAMS Please only use the official entry form. You can download it at the FIS site here and it will be used for both HOTEL AND ENTRY. Fill out as complete as possible! (Try to give a short list of names together for a room when possible) Please when possible make a preliminary entry and reservation before end of august to make sure you have accommodation! The competition entry itself will be closed at Friday Nov 1st 2013 22.00. But again, be earlier to have accommodation! Inschrijving en reservering NEDERLANDSE TEAMS Schrijf je in voor de WEDSTRIJDEN via de NSkiV, dit mag zelfstandig. Handig is wel via jouw club of vereniging welke voor jou van toepassing is, zodat het wedstrijdsecretariaat niet elke keer een gewijzigde inschrijving hoeft te doen. Je kunt altijd contact opnemen met Daphne Mol als je vragen daarover hebt, individuele deelnemers kunnen ook met haar contact opnemen! Let op! We hebben een speciale deal voor accommodatie. Als je daar geen gebruik van wenst te maken moet je per dag (zowel op trainingsdagen als racedagen) 30 EUR extra betalen voor het pisteprogramma, ook als je een jaarkaart hebt. Entry fee The Entry fee for competition will be 20 EUR per race day per competitor if you are accommodating in the SnowWorld Landgraaf Hotel. We will ask 50 EUR deposit per team for the bibs. NOTE! If you do NOT sleep in the SnowWorld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 30 EUR per person per race day or training day extra for the pisteprogram! Eligible are all competitors mentioned by the national racing association. The names of the competitors, the officials and their coaches have to be mentioned on the entry form. In addition we ask to

obey the rules of the IWO.
Accommodation The All-Inclusive deal is 85 EUR per person per night with two or more persons per room excl 2,50 EUR tourist tax at SnowWorld Landgraaf Hotel, all based on availability of course. We have a maximum number of rooms blocked, so please be quick. We provide a single room for the trainer for the same price. Multiple staff will be asked to share rooms too, so we have as much accommodation available as possible during this busy week. Thank you for understanding.
