Lampiran 22. Teknik Budidaya Tembakau Sesuai Anjuran di Kabupaten Pamekasan 1.
Output tembakau : besarnya tembakau kering rajangan yang siap dipasarkan oleh petani dan diukur dengan satuan kilogram

Teknik budidaya yang sesuai dengan anjuran meliputi teknik pembibitan sampai dengan teknik pasca panen dinilai 1 jika petani melaksanakan teknik budidaya anjuran ≥ 75 persen, dan dinilai 0 jika petani melaksanakan teknik budidaya anjuran < 75 persen. Adapun teknik budidaya anjuran dijelaskan sebagai berikut : A. Teknik pembibitan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan : a.
Waktu persemaian yaitu 40-45 hari sebelum waktu tanam dan setelah pengolahan tanah
b.
Lokasi yang baik untuk persemaian harus : terbuka, cukup sinar matahari, tanah yang gembur, dekat dengan sumber air, bebas hama dan penyakit.
c.
Tanah persemaian harus dibajak dan dibersihkan dari rumput, kemudian dibiarkan selama 3-4 minggu untuk mengurangi nilai keasaman tanah, setelah itu tanah dibentuk menjadi bedengan membujur kearah utara selatan dengan ukuran lebar 1 m, panjang 5 tinggi 20-25 m dan jarak antar bedengan 1-1.5 m. setelah itu dibiarkan lagi selama 2-3 minggu.
d.
Disekeliling bedengan dibuat got dengan lebar dan kedalaman 30 cm.

Bedengan dilengkapi atap dengan tujuan agar mendapat sinar pada pagi hari dan terhindar dari terik matahari pada siang hari.
f.
Pemupukan dilakukan dengan 4 jenis pupuk yaitu : Urea 35-70 gram/m2 bedengan diberikan 1-2 hari sebelum penyebaran benih , TSP 35-70 gram/m2 bedengan diberikan 3-5 hari sebelum penyebaran benih, ZK 25-35 gram/m2 bedengan diberikan 1-2 hari sebelum penyebaran benih, dan NPK 50-60 gram/m2 bedengan diberikan 3-5 hari sebelum penyebaran benih.
g.
Desinfektan tanah dengan menggunakan larutan Terusi (CuSO4) 2% diberikan 2-3 hari sebelum penyebaran benih
h.
Benih yang dibutuhkan untuk tiap bedengan sebesar 1 gr, sedangkan teknik penyebarannya ada 2 yaitu : cara kerang (benih dicampur dengan abu kerang kemudian di sebar ke bedengan) dan cara basah (benih dikecambahkan diatas kain yang ditaruh diatas batu bata merah yang direndam dalam bak berisi air, lamanya 3 hari ditempat gelap kemudian benih ditaruh dalam gembor dan disiram ke bedengan).
i.
Penyiraman selama 7 hari setelah penyebaran, apabila sudah tumbuh bibit yang seragam penyiraman dilakukan 2 kali sehari yaitu pada pagi dan sore hari.
j.
Setelah bibit berumur 12 hari, disemprot dengan fungisida setiap 5 hari sekali.

Bibit yang sakit dicabut bersama dengan sebagian tanah agar tidak menular
l.
Penjarangan bibit dilakukan setelah 15-20 hari dan jarak tanam antar bibit sebesar 5x5 cm, sehingga dalam satu bedengan terdapat sekitar 2000-3000 bibit.
m.
Atap dibuka sebagian setelah bibit berumur 2 minggu, dan dibuka seluruhnya 5 hari sebelum pencabutan bibit.
n.
Pencabutan bibit dilakukan pada umur 40-45 hari, dan sebelum dicabut harus disiram terlebih dahulu.
B. Penggunaan varietas : varietas yang digunakan sesuai dengan anjuran adalah Sompor atau Jepon Kenek Ex Prancak C. Pengolahan tanah terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu : a.
Tanah dibajak 2-3 kali dalam selang waktu 2 minggu. Arah pembajakan pertama dan kedua saling berpotongan.
b.
Dipasang ajir dengan jarak antar ajir sebesar 1 m.
c.
Membuat guludan dengan cara tanah atas diantara ajir dicangkul kemudian diletakkan dikanan dan kirinnya kemudian tanah dalamnya digemburkan, dibiarkan selama 2 minggu setelah itu tanah yang digali dikembalikan lagi ke posisi awal, jarak antar guludan 90 cm.
d.
Pembuatan saluran drainase keliling dengan lebar dan kedalaman 60 cm, saluran mujur dengan lebar dan kedalaman 30 cm, dan saluran malang dengan lebar 40 cm dan kedalaman 60 cm.

Lampiran 22. Lanjutan D. Jarak tanam : jarak tanam yang sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan yaitu antar barisan 50 cm dan dalam barisan 50 cm. E. Teknik pemupukan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu : a.
Jenis pupuk yang digunakan Urea sebanyak 200 kg/ha, dan TSP 150 kg/ha.
b.
Pupuk setengah dosis diberikan ketika tembakau berumur 7-10 hari dan setengahnya lagi diberikan pada umur 21-25 hari
c.
Cara pemupukan dibuat parit disekeliling tanaman dengan jarak dari pangkal batang 10-15 cm.
F. Panen terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu : a.
Panen harus dilakukan sesuai dengan tingkat kemasaknnya yaitu warna daun hijau sedikit kekuningan dan bagian bawah tulang daun mengering
b.
Pemetikan dilakukan pada sore hari
G. Kegiatan pasca panen yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu : a.
Dilakukan pemeraman dengan cara daun yang sudah dipetik diatur dalam keranjang
b.
Gudang tempat pemeraman harus memenuhi syarat yaitu :aerasi cukup baik, bebas pestisida, tingkat kelembaban siang dan malam hari tidak berbeda jauh.
c.
Dihindari laju pengeringan yang berlebihan dengan cara menutup daun tembakau dengan daun pisang atau daun kelapa.

Hasil rajangan diatur dalam sesek dan jangan terlalu tebal, kemudian dijemur dan diusahakan kering pada hari yang sama.

Rajangan yang sudah kering harus diembunkan dimalam hari setelah lemas diatur berlapis-lapis dan digulung dan dimasukkan dalam tikar.
