Installation Bottle Skid PU-PR-Uxxx, complete with four bottle nitrogen. 9. Installation of “Shipped loose” items associated with the COMPANY supplied modules EPCI contract for all subsea facilities to collect and transfer gas to the East Java Gas Pipeline, with surface production facilities provided under a separate contract to BW Offshore. Subsea facilities include: EXPORT SYSTEM • 26km x 20” diameter pipeline, • Hot Tap Tee Connection with 20” pig receiver, • 2 x 20” diameter tie-in Spools. WORK DESCRIPTION including 3ea double block and bleed valve tee assemblies, consisting of Barred tee, 3D bend, flanges & fittings as required, for the 2 bawal wells & Tembang T6 well lea blinded 14"X14" barred tee 1. Jumper Installation : Connect the existing EHFL jumper assemblies to Tembang 8 Well from SDU 2, Recover EHFL jumpers parking frame to surface after connection 2. Well to Pipeline Tie-In : Installation of Tembang 8 Well tie-in spools and Check Valve from the well to the existing inline tee assembly on 14'' Bawal to Huang Tuah pipeline 3. Installation of Flange Proctetors and check valve protecting frame Installing additional BOOSTER COMPRESSION system at KF platform. The company intends to maintain gas production deliverability 58 mmscfd with pressure of 1850 psig and maximizing recoverable reserve while the reservoir is declining. Installation of Company supplied 600MT Compressor Modification of Anoa Platform to accommodate new compressor To perform EPCI, Hookup, Precommisioning, Commissioning and Start up assistance for Brownfield modification of the existing Lima Flow Station Complex of Lima Subsidence Remediation Project. • Water Injection Pumps Module (FPSO) • Process Control and Shutdown System (FPSO & WHP-A)• Chemical Tank Retrofit (FPSO) • Slops Water Transfer Line (FPSO) Subsea Pipeline (dynamic riser, flexible pipeline, rigid riser) approximately 4.2 km total length. There is 3 crossing for this flexible pipeline • Injection Manifold (WHP-A) 1. Pre-defined Material: contractor purchase coated linepipe, tubular structure and primary steel structure 2. Greenfield: install a new tripod platform (ULA) include topside facilities and install 12" pipeline 3.8 km from ULA-UW 3. Brown filed: modification existing facilities platforms (UW and UWA) which are install new pig receiver and its riser guard at UW, install 10" new piping line crossing the existing bridge, tie-in to existing production header at UWA, install SDV and modification of shutdown system at UW/UWA and modification around UWA production separator (UWA-V-003) 4. Marine spread availability between June 2013 - July 2013 5. Target Start-up: December 2013 6. EPCI contractor scope: perform detailed engineering, procurement, construction/fabrication or installation, hookup, testing, precomm, comm and assist to start-up 1. Transportation & Installation (including coating the linepipe) of approximately 110km of pipeline to onshore. 2. Transportation & Installation of jacket (650 ton) & topside (1500 ton) 3.
