Concept study using MOPU for offshore minimalist Platform. Pemping System Section 1 Project (WNTS to Pemping) will be executed by Premier Oil Natuna Sea 8.V. ("Company"). The development requires connection of a new pipeline tied to the West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS) trunk line at Subsea Tie-in 8 (SSTI-8). A subsea pipeline end manifold (PLEM) structure shall be installed adjacent to SSTI-8 to isolate the new pipeline from the WNTS trunk line and to allow for future subsea pigging of the pipeline. Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF) will be constructed on Pemping Island to reduce the WNTS trunk line gas pressure and fiscally meter the gas throughput. Pemping Island is located about 30 minutes North West from 8atam Island by boat. The plot plan layout of Pemping ORF is shown in Figure 2 below. To Perform Quantitative Risk Assessment for 1. Pipeline Kilometer Post (KP 0.0 to KP 4.4 Where the pipeline will be concrete coated sitting on the seabed. 2. Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) to define quantitative risk of process and nonprocess hazard from Pemping ORF Facilities. The Report of Consultant shall identify and evaluates the potential risk associated with the ORF with Respect to the Personnel on site, asset equipment, structural Integrity and also other parties in the vicinity of the ORF. The Tangguh Expansion Project will comprise a development of new offshore facilities and onshore facilities on a brown-field site. The onshore facilities development will include one additional liquefaction train with capacity of 3.8 mtpa and is expected to include provisions for further expansion in the future, an onshore receiving facility, expanded jetty, LNG storage, utilities, boil off gas recovery, flares, infrastructure to support logistics and associated

Offshore Gas Production Facilities (GPF) Follow on FEED
LINGKUP PEKERJAAN increased temporary and permanent workforce. Significant standardization is planned, where appropriate, incorporating lessons learned from past experience in developing the Tangguh Project Phase 1, and compliance with COMPANY's Engineering Technical Practices ("ETPs"). The offshore facilities development will include additional platforms, pipelines and wells required to develop gas to fill an integrated three trains development. The offshore facilities will be developed in a number of phases, and designed to accommodate future sources of gas supply. This AGREEMENT shall focus on the first phase of offshore facilities development covering the construction of offshore Gas Production Facilities ("GPF") which will include the construction of WDA and ROA platforms, pipelines and umbilical. This AGREEMENT is prepared with the overall objective of performing EPCI Preparation for the GPF facilities in order to provide all related matters required for preparing and processing open tender of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation ("EPCI") of the offshore GPF. Covering : 1. EPCI and Linepipe Tender Preparation Support 2. Engineering Design and Updates(Offshore pipeline, onshore tie in) 3. Feed Design for VRB infill Modifications 4.
