Cementaid HPI was originally specified by the Structural Designer at the basement but got substituted with an integral concrete densifier(Plasticiser). The basement performance turned to be unsatisfactory and the project decided to use Cementaid HPI(3CC) at the roof, the Structural Consultant, Contractor and Owner are happy with the 3CC roof.

ALILA VILLAS ULUWATU, First Class Villas at ULUWATU, Pecatu, Bali Everdure CALTITE was used as a permanent waterproofing and corrosion resistant to ROOFS of more than 80 Villas Everdure CALTITE was specified by PT Atelier-6, the project Structural Designer as CALTITE delivered permanent concrete waterproofing and corrosion resistant in the previous projects of PT BUKIT ULUWATU VILLA (ALILA Group) is satisfied with the result of the first phase and continued using Everdure CALTITE until 2011 and approved PT. ATELIER-6 recommendation to specify HPI in their ALILA Seminyak, Bali project(starting Dec’11) and the proposed ALILA Villas project in Bintan. PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa is particularly happy with the after sales service provided by Cementaid. Central Park is a mix use development and the largest part of the PODOMORO CITY. The Basement Slab and Retaining Wall as well as Water Tanks and STP were permanently waterproofed with Cementaid HPI system, with very minor rectification after construction and is now in perfect condition. The Podium over shops and restaurants, the podium deck garden, suspended swimming pool and all the roofs were also using Cementaid HPI systems. The use of lower grade of HPI in this project was due to budget constraint, however the said structures are also performing well and found to be much better compared to membrane or cheap integral concrete plasticizer.

The basement slab(600 mm top layer of the Basement 3 Flat Slab) was permanently waterproofed with Cementaid Hydrophobic Ingredients 3CC.
