Reparaties en garantiegevallen: Alle binnenkomende garantiegevallen behandelen wij nog dezelfde dag. Indien wij het probleem zelf kunnen constateren wordt het apparaat zo spoedig mogelijk bij ons in huis gerepareerd of doorgestuurd

aan de fabrikant. Wij zijn onder andere onderdeel van het Epson Service Center en voeren garantie reparaties zelf uit. Hierdoor zijn wij sneller en vakkundiger dan andere distributeurs die hun producten voor reparatie naar de fabrikant moeten versturen. Configuratie en

INSTALLATIE SERVICE Met de hulp van Jarltech kan de stress die een installatie kan veroorzaken bij grote projecten enorm worden gereduceerd. Op uw verzoek installeren en configureren wij systemen, PC‘s en andere apparaten voordat wij hen naar u of direct naar uw klant(en) versturen. Dit kan de installatie zijn van uw eigen logo‘s, uw POS software op een kassasysteem, alsook eventueel het voorzien van apparaten zoals printers of scanners met uw eigen naam. Ook de configuratie van Windows CE op handheld apparaten of de reguliere installatie van Windows op een PC. Uw technici hoeven geen uren meer te besteden aan de configuratie van systemen- en of apparaten. Wat zij enkel nog moeten doen is het plaatsen en aansluiten van de systemen en apparaten op de gewenste locatie. Vooral bij grote bestellingen kan onze configuratie en installatie service u enorm veel tijd en personeelskosten besparen.

Bovendien geeft Jarltech u en uw klanten de garantie dat de aangeschafte systemen naar behoren werken. De apparaten worden tijdens de configuratie gelijktijdig onderzocht op mogelijke defecten en- of beschadigingen. Deze defecte apparaten worden er natuurlijk onmiddellijk tussenuit gehaald. VOLLEDIGE CASCO GARANTIE Jarltech geeft u de mogelijkheid om uw klanten interessante diensten te bieden, die hen bescherming bieden tegen defecten die niet onder de garantie van de fabrikant vallen. Ongeacht of het probleem is veroorzaakt tengevolge van onvoorzichtigheid, uitzonderlijk intensief gebruik, nalatigheid of ongetraind personeel. Met onze Volledige Casco Garantie, behoren hoge onderhoudskosten of onverwachte onderhoudskosten van hardware tot het verleden. Tegen een extra betaling van 18 procent, ontvangt u een »all inclusive« service pakket van Jarltech. Als een apparaat niet meer werkt zoals het hoort te werken gedurende de eerste drie jaar na aankoop, ongeacht de oorzaak, repareren wij het apparaat of het wordt vervangen door een gelijkwaardig apparaat. Dit zonder tijdrovend papierwerk, discussies en/of onderzoeken.

Het voordeel voor uw klant is duidelijk: Hoewel de initiële kosten hoger zijn, zijn gedurende de gehele garantieperiode onverwachte kosten van hardwaredefecten uitgesloten. Op langere termijn, is de investering gewaarborgd en uw klant is altijd verzekerd van vervanging van zijn defecte hardware. Why should a successful project not be expanded upon? Exactly, there is nothing that speaks against the idea. Seeing what a success the Jarltech catalogues in Europe, the Middle East and in North Africa are, while also being a unique item in the industry in printed form, Jarltech decided to also produce a Chinese version of the catalogue. Review of the first edition: in China the catalogue is extremely popular, thus resulting in the production of a second edition mid-year in 2013, entirely in Chinese. What a great job by our Chinese colleagues!

The K-1 in polished stainless steel offers the same features as the lacquered versions. On the front, it has a wide slot for cheques and especially in catering, food services and modern shops or boutiques, the Inox version soon becomes a visual highlight!

Citizen Zebra Glancetron Colormetrics

All models are equipped with a soft-opening mechanism that opens and closes the drawer extremely smoothly. Ball bearing steel rails ensure that the drawer still runs smoothly even after being opened hundreds of thousands of times. In a size of only 41 x 41 x 10 cm, the unit is equipped with eight coin compartments that can be flexibly adjusted in size. The standard K-1 drawer has two horizontal and four vertical banknote compartments (a large number of various conversion kits are available). The inserts for coins and notes can be individually removed. The lockable cover (optional) makes cashier changes simple, secure and takes just a matter of seconds.

The drawer features a scratch-resistant front surface and a lock. An emergency opening mechanism is located on the bottom of the drawer. Similar to other POS systems, the K-1 features a standard POS printer interface, like those used by almost all manufacturers for cash desk printers. If no receipt printer is used, there is optionally an external cash drawer opener interface. It triggers a relay over the serial or USB interface to send an opening pulse to the cash drawer and requires no additional peripherals.

With the mini Metapace K-2 cash drawer, you get a drawer with enormously small dimensions. At only 330 x 330 x 101mm, its small size fits in inconspicuously at every POS station. The model has an especially robust construction and withstands many years of use without signs of wear and tear. Its eight coin compartments can be adjusted in size, making them easy to adapt to every requirement. The four horizontal note compartments are not only optimised for euro banknotes, but are also versatile and can be used with a large range of currencies. The steel cash drawer is equipped with a 3-position lock, making it absolutely secure from unauthorised access, while even in locked position it can be filled with corresponding receipts through the cheque slot. Using the standard connection for cash drawers, you connect the drawer with all common POS printers. If no POS printer is used, there is optionally available an external opening interface. It triggers a relay over the serial or USB interface to transmit an opening pulse to the cash drawer.

Metapace K-4

If lack of space or high throughput is an issue at your point-of-sale, the Metapace K-3 flip-lid cash box is the right choice. Bank notes are sorted in vertical compartments, resulting in very small external dimensions (46 x 10 x 17 cm, WxHxD). Fast and ergonomic work is guaranteed by a lid that opens upwards. Its extremely robust lid mechanism successfully passed tests with over two million open/ close processes without any material fatigue, making this cash box the perfect choice for demanding and overloaded checkouts with long periods of use. The K-3 features seven banknote and eight coin compartments, as well as a cheque compartment that can be filled externally with receipts. Both coin and banknote inserts can be removed separately from the box. The K-3 is connected directly to the POS printer using the standard connection. The flip-lid box features a 3-position lock that makes it possible to open the box manually, configure it for automatic operation through the POS printer, or lock it completely. To control the checkout process, the cash register drawer is equipped with a microswitch that informs the POS software of the current status of the drawer.

With its compact size of merely 245 x 320 x 105 mm, it fits into even the most crowded checkout areas. The cash drawer closes quietly and smoothly, thanks to its soft opening mechanism. Inside, you will find three coin compartments and four banknote compartments for the shop‘s intake. The coin compartments are separated with dividers, which users adjust according to individual needs. Additional flexibility comes from the size of the banknote compartments, which were conceptualised to accommodate multiple currencies. The three-position lock secures against unauthorised access.

Additionally, Jarltech offers you optional pre-exchange service: If the device fails within the warranty period, we immediately send a replacement to you. Incorporate the black K-4 elegantly into nearly any environment. For more stable placement, four plastic feet on the bottom of the drawer keep it in place. Thus, it is suitable for placing a monitor or a receipt printer on its smooth surface, without any worry.
