Dengan ini kami menyatakan bersedia untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan Pameran APA16 pada tanggal 26-29 April 2016 di Grand City Surabaya dan memilih : Booth standar (2x3m) sebesar Rp. 28.535.000,00 Corner booth (2x3m) sebesar Rp. 31.135.000,00 Kami menyetujui segala peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh panitia dan setelah formulir ini ditandatangani, kami akan melakukan pembayaran sebagai berikut : a. Pelunasan akan kami bayarkan selambat-lambatnya 7 hari kalender setelah pemesanan. Apabila kewajiban tersebut tidak terpenuhi maka panitia berhak membatalkan keikutsertaan kami pada pameran tersebut. b. Adanya sesuatu hal yang menyebabkan keikutsertaan di batalkan, maka pengembalian pembayaran dipotong 20%, pembatalan diterima sebelum Tanggal 10 April 2016 dan pengembalian akan diproses setelah acara selesai. c. SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN Aquaculture Asia Pacific 2016 and Company Name APA 2016 will be held at the Grand City, Surabaya, Indonesia, April 26‐29, 2016.
Sponsoring a true international meeting Your company logo on the brochure, on the website, on the conference bags, sponsor a session with your company banner in the room and your logo on screen in between sessions. All suggestions are open for discussion so please let me know how we can help you! You have a large group of staff willing to participate at the conference? Please contact us! All major sponsors will get the opportunity to have their business meeting at the conference center during the event.
Gold (full) or Silver (shared) Bag Sponsorship TBD (50.000 – 25.000 USD) AAP 13 will provide the following: 1. The company name and logo on the cover of the conference brochures as a Gold or Silver Sponsor (only if contract signed before printing). 2. The company name and logo on the cover of the program book as a Gold or Silver Sponsor 3. The company name and logo on signage at the plenary session (Company Banner on AAP13 board or display of logo on ppt at plenary session). 4. The company name and logo on signage at the registration desk 5. The company name and logo on all press releases in international magazines as Gold or Silver Sponsor. 6. The company may insert a brochure or piece of literature in the conference bags. 7. Complimentary ad in four colors in the Program Book (page of A5 size). 8. Gold or Silver Sponsor will have their logo on the conference bags. No other industry logo from their type of company will be on the bags. For shared sponsorship your logo on the bags can take half of the total sponsorship space. 9. Your company name and logo on AAP 13 websites with link towards your website. 10. Gold Bag sponsor will have a prime location in the exhibition hall, to discuss with exhibit sales
CD‐ROM/USB STICK GOLD Sponsorship containing abstract book and exhibitor information – 10.000 USD AAP13 will provide the following: 1. The company name and logo on the cover of the conference brochures as a Gold Sponsor (only if contract signed before printing). 2. The company name and logo on the cover of the program book as a Gold Sponsor. 3. The company name and logo on the front cover of the CD box including the book of abstracts and all information on exhibitors with search engine. No other industry logo from their type of company will be on the CD box. 4. They will be the only industry sponsor on the CD‐ROM 5. The company advertisement (4colours) on the back cover of the CD box or on the USB STick; Company logo involved in software search engine. 6. The company name and logo on signage at the plenary session.

Other sponsoring opportunities at international meetings for exhibitors only Conference Bag Inserts: 500 USD. Distribute the flyers of your company in the conference bag. Inserts should be max A4 folded and max 0,5 cm thick. Inserts must arrive min 1 week beforehand. Refreshment Break Sponsor (coffee and happy hour): 2500 USD. Host a refreshment break held in the exhibit and conference area. The sponsor will be promoted on signage, announcements and in the conference program. Name of sponsor on the homepage. (Six coffee breaks and 3 Happy hours) Sponsor the Presidents Reception for all Conference delegates and Exhibitors – 10.000 or 5.000 USD. The Presidents reception will bring together all dignitaries, conference delegates, exhibitors and many more.
