Suitable for use with either conventional or compliant/HVLP pressure feed spray guns. The cup can handle a wide variety of paints and coating materials. Using a remote cup means that the spray gun is lighter and can even be used upside down with maneuverability in hard to reach areas.

DVP 1:1 Ratio diaphragm pump packages The Binks DVP is a high specification, air powered 1:1 ratio diaphragm pump developed for the direct supply of paints and materials to spray guns. The design ensures a constant and virtually pulse free fluid delivery for direct feed to the spray guns without the expense and complications of a fluid regulator or surge chamber. Binks DVP is perfect for use with ALL TYPES of spray gun technologies including conventional, Transtech, HVLP, LVLP and electrostatic techniques.

Breathing protection The Sundstrom full and half facemask gives very good protection in all situations in which filter protection is used. All masks in the Sundstrom program use the same range of filters, and can be combined efficiently and economically for each working situation.

SR 200 Full face mask Is intended for use when maximum safety and good breathing comfort are required. The full mask is used with the same simple filter system and compressed air attachments as for half masks.

SR 100 Half mask Is made of silicone and is available in two sizes, S/M and M/L. The mask is equipped with two exhalation valves, which ensures very low exhalation resistance.

De SR 500 is een door een batterij aangedreven ventilator, die samen met het juiste filter en gelaatscherm een hoogwaardig adembeschermingssysteem vormt. De SR 500 kan worden gebruikt als een alternatief voor filterademhalingsapparaten in alle situaties. Met name bij inspannend, warm of langdurig werk. De gefilterde lucht wordt door een slang naar het gelaatsdeel gevoerd. De daarbij ontstane overdruk verhindert het binnendringen van verontreinigingen uit de omgeving. Start-, stopkeuze van de bedrijfsstand met één en dezelfde bedienknop (luchtstroom 175 of 225 l/min).

The SR 500 is a battery-powered fan unit that, together with filters and an approved human interface, is included in the Sundström fanassisted respiratory protective device systems. The SR 500 can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in all situations, particularly for work that is hard, warm or of long-duration. The filtered air is supplied through a breathing hose to the human interface. The above-atmospheric pressure then generated prevents pollutants from the surroundings from penetrating into the human interface. The same control is used for starting, stopping and selection of operating status (air flow 175 or 225 l/min). Information on all important data is given via symbols, on the panel: - Small fan symbol with green light during normal operation. - Bigger fan symbol with green light during boosted operation. - Triangle red light if the air flow should cease or if the particle filters are clogged. - Battery symbol with yellow light when the battery capacity is low. Initiates an alarm by vibrating and light signals in the event of an obstruction in the air flow. Equipped with automatic air flow control.

Sundström Safety AB was founded in 1926 by Ivan Sundström who was a mining engineer and realized at an early stage the need for protecting the eyes and lungs of miners. The company and its products were developed further by his son Per, who also studied at the Technical Academy (now Faculty of Art). His art studies included analysis of subjects such as the anatomy of the human body. The understanding of human face forms laid the foundations for the design and properties of face masks. A good respiratory protection device must be simple and comfortable to use. In 1962, Per Sundström also presented the first modern protective mask, which was made of rubber and was of anatomic design. The first silicone mask was launched in 1989. Our aim is to protect people against polluted air. It was this concern that prompted our grandfather to begin producing protective masks 80 years ago. We then carried this task through into the 21st century. This is why we are not content with merely conforming to the demands of the authorities. We do our utmost to make our products as good and efficient as present-day technology enables us to do. During the past 35 years, Sundström Safety has invested vast resources into product development. The objective has been to create an expandable and flexible product range. We can now present our complete system of masks, filters and accessories for all applications occurring in the market. Although we are very pleased with our present products, we continue to pursue our product development work. We always endeavour to offer the best possible protection. When our grandfather founded his company, he would never have imagined how it would grow into today’s export-oriented company. On the other hand, he undoubtedly hoped the company would live on and stay in the family. His wishes have been met and will continue to be met in the future. The comprehensive Advance HD (High Demand) spray gun range ensures there’s a DeVilbiss spray gun to suit all types of industrial spray finishing applications. Pressure, Suction and Gravity feed, the Advance HD family utilise a comprehensive, wide range of Compliant Air Caps to provide outstanding coatings’ atomisation for handling all types of solvent, waterborne, high solids and 2K materials.

Pressure Feed Containers Pressure feed containers are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. The Binks range is equipped with easy to operate air regulators (to set the desired fluid outlet pressure) safety pressure relief valves and Manual, Rotary or Oscillating agitation types are available to provide the best quality agitation. Binks Pressure Feed Containers are constructed from the highest grade materials and fully comply with European and Global pressure regulations including PED, ATEX and ASME.
