Following BRX_20100514_00305_EUR L'assemblée générale extraordinaire du 12/05/2010 a décidé d'augmenter le capital de la société par incorporation d'un montant de EUR 352.915.394,01 à prélever sur les réserves disponibles et de distribuer des actions nouvelles aux actionnaires au prorata de leur participation, sous la forme d'actions de bonus. Le 11/06/2010, le capital social sera augmenté et 83.927.561 actions de bonus seront émises. Following BRX_20100514_00305_EUR De buitengewone algemene vergadering van 12/05/2010 heeft beslist het kapitaal van de vennootschap te verhogen door incorporatie van een bedrag van 352.915.394,01 EUR uit de beschikbare reserves, en
