International Symposium on Wellness, Healthy Lifestyle and Nutrition & Indonesian Journal of Clinical Nutrition We are delighted to announce that the 7th ISWHLN is collaborating with Indonesian Journal of Clinical Nutrition to publish manuscript or proceeding of poster and oral presenter in our event. The 7th ISWHLN is aimed to improve the dissemination of researches that are being presented at this event by publish it in partner journals. In order to do that, we provide 2 schemes: international (will be announced soon) and national peer-reviewed journals. For national journal, we are partnered with Indonesian Journal of Clinical Nutrition (IJCN). Indonesian Journal of Clinical Nutrition is an Indonesian journal specialized in the area of nutrition and health. This journal has been accredited by Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education No: 56/DIKTI/Kep/2011. IJCN is established in 2004 and now has published hundreds of articles from various studies and institutions. All the participants, poster and oral presenters, are invited to submit their full paper / manuscript to the 7th ISWHLN committee. Participants from Indonesia and outside Indonesia are welcomed to submit their manuscripts. Upon submission to 7th ISWHLN, the manuscript will be processed by IJCN editors and independent reviewers. All manuscript will be processed in the same procedures as other manuscript in this journal. After being reviewed and accepted, the full paper will be published at “The Proceeding of 7th ISWHLN” issue, IJCN Volume 13, 2017. We accept manuscript in Indonesian OR English, but abstract should be in English. Manuscript submission guideline can be found in the separate page. Panduan Penulisan Artikel
Artikel yang dikirimkan kepada redaksi belum pernah dimuat atau tidak sedang diajukan untuk dimuat pada media cetak lainnya (dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan penulis yang bisa di lembar terpisah). Naskah diketik menggunakan Microsoft Word dengan huruf Times new roman ukuran 11, spasi 1,5 dan margin kertas: sisi kiri, kanan, atas dan bawah masing-masing 2,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4, serta diberi nomor halaman pada sudut kanan atas. Naskah diserahkan dalam bentuk soft file (format .doc atau .docx) e-mail
[email protected]. Kepastian pemuatan atau penolakan naskah akan diberitahukan secara tertulis yang akan dikirimkan melalui e-mail. Penulis wajib membayar kontribusi biaya (submission fee) yang ditentukan redaksi untuk setiap judul dan akan menerima bukti pemuatan sebanyak 1 (satu) eksemplar beserta cetak lepasnya. Format Penulisan Artikel Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia ATAU bahasa Inggris yang terdiri dari subjudul: Pendahuluan, Bahan dan Metode, Hasil, Bahasan, Simpulan and Saran, Rujukan.

Halaman judul Usahakan judul tidak lebih dari 12 kata dalam bahasa Indonesia dan tidak lebih dari 10 kata dalam bahasa Inggris Penulis dan korespondensi: o Nama pengarang dituliskan tanpa gelar / titel apa pun o Jika pengarang berasal lebih dari satu institusi, berikan nomor (superskrip) di belakang nama tiap pengarang o Alamat surat menyurat ditulis lengkap dengan alamat kantor, telepon kantor, nomor faksimile, dan alamat e-mail 2. Abstrak: Abstrak terstruktur 250–300 kata dengan subjudul terdiri dari: Background (Latar belakang), Objective (Tujuan), Method (Metode), Results (Hasil), Conclusion (Simpulan), Key Words (Kata Kunci) terdiri dari 3–8 kata 3. Pendahuluan: Pendahuluan intinya menguraikan dengan ringkas besarnya masalah yang akan diteliti dan pembenaran mengapa penelitian perlu dilakukan. Pendahuluan juga harus didukung oleh pustaka yang relevan dan kuat serta mencantumkan tujuan penelitian yang jelas. 4. Bahan dan Metode: Metode mengandung beberapa informasi antara lain Informasi terinci tentang bagaimana penelitian ini dilakukan, termasuk pengukuran dan intervensi, contoh: cara pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan untuk menentukan status gizi, berapa kali diukur, siapa yg mengukur, kapan dilakukan pengukuran, dll) / prosedur penelitian / macam perlakuan (untuk penelitian eksperimental), Analisis apa saja yang dilakukan dan uji statistik yang digunakan 5. Hasil: Jumlah tabel atau gambar maksimal 3-5 tabel atau gambar setiap artikel Tabel dan gambar memang diperlukan dan disajikan sehingga informatif

Tabel harus self explanatory; angka-angka dan satuan harus tergambar dengan jelas pada tabel sehingga tidak tergantung pada teks. Judul tabel ditempatkan di atas tabel sedangkan judul gambar ditempatkan di bawah gambar Tampilan tabel tidak ada garis vertikal, tidak ada garis horizontal dalam (hanya ada garis heading dan garis batas bawah tabel) Setiap tabel/gambar harus diacu pada narasi hasil Bahasan: Bahasan diawali dengan penemuan utama dalam penelitian kemudian dibahas makna temuan penelitian, dengan cara membandingkan hasil penelitian dengan pengetahuan atau hasil penelitian sebelumnya dan menghubungkan temuan dengan aspek praktik klinis, sosial, serta ilmiah. Uraikan manfaat penelitian untuk klinis, serta kemungkinan untuk pemegang kebijakan menggunakannya dalam kebijakan institusi kesehatan disertai alasannya. Beri saran penelitian lanjutan jika penelitian ini ada kelemahannya. Jelaskan penelitian seperti apa yang dianjurkan. Simpulan dan Saran: Naratif 1-2 paragraf Ucapan Terima Kasih: Ucapan terima kasih diungkapkan dengan wajar dan hanya ditujukan kepada mereka yang memberi kontribusi dana penelitian Rujukan: Penulisan rujukan menggunakan sistem nomor (Vancouver style) yaitu nomor disusun sesuai dengan urutan penampilan dalam naskah. Manuscript Writing Guideline
The manuscript has not been published or considered elsewhere (proven by filling out article consent form at separate page). The manuscript is written in .doc or .docx format with Times New Roman font size 11, space 1,5 point. Manuscript should be written in A4 paper with paper margins: left, right, above and below 2,5 cm. Please put the page number at right upper side of each page. The manuscript should be sent by email to
[email protected]. Information regarding acceptance and rejection well be sent to email directly to the corresponding author. Authors should pay article submission fee for each accepted manuscript. Author will receive one (1) exemplar of printed version of the journal.
Article Writing Format The manuscript should be written in Indonesian or English languages with sub-sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and Suggestion, Acknowledgement, References. 1. Title Page Title should be concise and clear and must not exceeding 16 words. Title page includes o Name of all authors, (written without title) o Institution of the authors (if authors have several institutions, please mention it using superscript). o Name, address, phone number, fax number and email of corresponding author. o Each manuscript only has one corresponding author. 2. Abstract Abstract is consisted with 250-300 words and should be structured: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Key Words (3-8 words) 3. Introduction Introduction describe in brief on the problem that is being investigated and the reason why such research should be conducted. Introduction should be supported by relevant evidence. Author also advised to write the objective of their study at the introduction section. 4. Materials and Methods Methods should describe detailed information on how the study is done includes object/ subjects being investigated, measurements, interventions, data analysis, and ethical clearance. 5. Results Results section describes findings in the study. Each article should contain no more than 5 tables and/or figure. Tables and figures should be self-explanatory with appropriate measurements scale. Figures and tables should be regarded within the text inside results section. 6. Discussion Discussion can be initiated by mentioning the main findings in the study then followed comparison with other studies. Authors also should give the basis explanation on study findings. We also encourage the author to express the importance of the study towards clinical or public
health application. Authors should show the limitation of the study and suggestion for the future study. 7. Conclusions Authors should describe the conclusion of their study in one paragraph. 8. Acknowledgement This section can be used to thanks individuals or institutions that have contribution in the study. Authors could also use this section to mention their source of funding for the whole project. 9. References References should be done using Vancouver style.
